No. 323 is a returning employee of the Cafe and Diner. He originally left to learn more about himself and his role in the supernatural world and has come back more refined and mature. There's really no specifics on how he should be voiced.

"Well… No sign of Dover in the House. Sorry, No. 5. I mean, he might be somewhere else in the uh… outer parts of the House. “The Phantom Lane,” … I guess. Still trying to wrap my head around the whole concept."
(No. 323 is the master of the House on Dracula Drive, a supernatural House that was left to him by his father who died in it.)
I’ve grown pretty... well, I guess “close” would be the right word. I’ve grown close to the House.
