No. 62 is the tech-whiz of the Cafe and Diner. He speaks very casually and is very nerdy/geeky, but not like squeaky nerd but like deep voice brings his laptop to play games on it at school nerdy. If you've seen Venture Bros I kind of think he sounds like Henchman 21.

(Being the only tech-literate member of the Cafe and Diner certainly brings up some exasperated IT worker vibes)
