Monarch of Hallownest. In an attempt to save his dying Kingdom, he let millions of his own biological children die in the Abyss in search of one who could contain the Heart of the Infection within itself. He isn't proud nor regretful of his sins, he simply feels he did what had to be done for the betterment of the kingdom.

It's unknown what the Pale King sounded like, but I would expect him to have a medium-low to low pitch voice, with an air of authority that would make him sound like a monarch who's been ruling his Kingdom for generations & knows what he's talking about. Feel free to audition using your own interpretation of the Pale King's voice.
