RoseOfOuran for Seyonil Aelsinian (Altmer Vampire)
Seyonil Aelsinian is the second born living child of Jaquerian Highthar and Siloril Aelsinian. She is the sister of Athrillian and Mirifire Aelsinian. She is the complete opposite of Mirifire, in that she is outspoken, flirtatious, and persuasive. Her false confidence portrays the whole mood of Lae-Loria Highthar.
She speaks with a low tone and flirtatiously to everyone she meets, and anyone else she talks to. She is persuasive, and in that not easily persuaded herself. The same property applies to her use of malicious manipulation. Her accent is English just as her sister’s.
Her goal other than supporting Lae-Loria Highthar’s main cause? She wants to have a husband and children, and to eventually lead Lae-Loria Highthar.
She is both unmarriageable and will not be made a follower.
