Aferone (Aff-err-onne) Fulcevus (Fool-cee-vuse) is a worshipper of Mara in Riften. He is Irfumina’s first wanted sacrifice, and will be found near the Riften Temple of Mara, he is also the tipper for the Lae-Loria Highthar questline.
Arvres Nulthyn (Null-thin) is a tavern frequent in Morthal. He is the third wanted sacrifice of Pyhsydia. (Cockney Accent)
