Accord is a teacher at the Primp Town magic school. Although there is nothing particularly suspicious about Accord at first, later events suggest that Accord is anything but a normal teacher. Little is known about her other than her love for music, her calm, sage-like demeanor, and her possibly evil cat "puppet" Popoi that she carries arond.
I recommend making Accord sound like she speaks a Romance Language, due to her spells being in French and Italian.
