Witch is a hyperactive Witch who aspires to one day attain great magical power, the latter fact making her yet another rival of Arle. It is hinted at (As well as supported by the fans) that she has feelings for Schezo.

I recommend giving her a southern accent. To those of you who are not American, I suggest you make her sound like a cowgirl.
