The dapper and dandy employees of Team Buddy! These swell suited suitors came right out of the 1950s and are eternally cheerful! Like, almost to the point of being creepy! They roam the Alola region and help anyone and everyone that they can. They help heal Pokemon, make friends, and are overall very courteous and kind! Surely there's no kind of villainy attached to them, right? ...right?
For the Team Buddy grunts I need overly happy and 50s-style voicework. The Stepford Wives (although Buddy grunts are both men and women) and those old 50s educational videos are a huge inspiration, and the more creepy and overly happy you can sound, the better!
(Default Happy tone)
Yoohoo~ Trainer~ Could you be a dear and help me and my friend out with this little kerfuffle? I forgot my pokemon at home!”
(cheerful and sincere, with a twinge of creepy)
“Well, you can just give up! It certainly would be much easier for everyone involved if you came with us quietly!”
