Writers and Adapters roster for mini series

I am looking to create a team of writers and adapters to help adapt short stories into production ready mini-drama scripts. The stories are roughly 60-100 pages that the writers must create 50 x 1min episodic series. I am not permitted to share too much about production content at this time but it is related to projects similar to what the mini-series dubbing roster was for.
As this is a bit outside my wheelhouse, I'm hoping to get some ideas around what rates writers here are looking for. Please put a placeholder audio file, and provide some links to your writing sample. Ideally, it should be script writing samples for either film or audio drama.
Additionally, please let us know your rate according to either per page or per word based on original text and your estimated turnaround time for such work.
eg: If the story is 30,000 words at 60 pages, this is the number that forms the base for your calculations for the per word and per page rate. Not the finished production script you write from it.
