Project Overview

- "You lied to me."

-- "I never lied, you simply didn't know enough."

πŸͺβ˜Ύβ‹†βΊβ‚Š For millennia many have wondered what happens after you die a cruel death. In the universe of Wonitahasu, someone like the Seer might give you a second chance. With a catch of course. Those who are brought up to a pocket dimension by the name of Kisiyulinoq are forced to serve under him as a "subject". They don't get a choice in the matter. All subjects have a purpose they must fulfill or else they'll face removal.

πŸ’ A young woman by the name of Oleander doesn't remember how she got into Kisiyulinoq. She doesn't remember anything really, yet why is everyone avoiding her? Even her own sworn sister, Belladonna, suddenly despises her. She doesn't understand, nothing makes sense. As she navigates her way through her own past she's only faced with more confusion, who is the Seer? Why is she here? Why does this exist?

🌱 BE WARNED!

THIS SERIES INCLUDES MANY SENSITIVE TOPICS, SUCH AS -

Executions, death, depictions of mental illness, suicide, and more

`𓏲 Well, what are you waiting for?

The Seer awaits your arrival... πŸ‘οΈ

A few things to note:

  • This is a long term project with a total of 3 planned seasons.

  • This is a passion project, there is no guarantee that it will work out.

  • Some of the project managers are minors, if you're uncomfortable interacting with those below 18 I would not advise auditioning. Same goes for if you are a minor uncomfortable interacting with adults.

  • If you are found to be problematic you will be replaced.

  • Progress will not be instant. I am just one person doing most of the animating (with no experience) and writing. Please be patient with me and understand that this project will be slow in the beginning.

  • There are more waves of characters upcoming so if there's not one you quite fit here you might have higher chances with a different batch!

Make sure to attach your discord username to your audition!

*If you're having trouble finding a clip of one of the voice references, i have compiled 20-40 second videos of them into a google drive here.

Latest Updates

  • Update once again!

Hi guys ^^ firstly thank you all for your patience. Now I think we just need a few more before I decide to cast a few characters. I'll extend it again by two weeks this time and we'll evaluate for a final time after that. The listing expires early November so this will be the last extension. In the case that a few characters still don't have many that quite fit they will be scouted by me instead or left open in server until further notice. I hope this makes sense. Good luck everyone!

  • Update

Hi guys, my updates aren't going through for some reason. Anyways, I apologize for disappearing. School has been taking up a lot of time recently ^^' (metalwork diploma). I'll go through auditions again tonight and see if I want to cast anyone. I don't have much hope in that however. We don't have enough front runners to do callbacks, but I might change my mind. Anyways, I'll gather my co-director again and adjust my personal notes if needed. Good luck!

  • Casting update

Hi guys ^^ sorry for disappearing temporarily (school has been a bit difficult to keep up with). My helpers and I will be going through the auditions soon, and honestly I don't think there's enough people to do callbacks. If we do have multiple runner-ups for a select few characters I might request callbacks, if we only like one of two then we'll be casting on the spot, and if none of them quite fit I will extend the deadline again and keep the character open. Now that that's out of the way, wave 3 is being rolled out in server but I'm not quite done all character's lines to put up the listing just yet. Expect that in the next few days though! I'll update again tomorrow.

  • Callbacks have been sent out!

I have contacted everyone I had written down. If you did not receive a DM don't be discouraged, there are still more chances! For now I will be reopening the listing and extending the deadline for the remaining roles. It might extend again if there are still not enough front runners. And another update, Irene might reopen if the ones I have selected (who were called back for multiple characters) are better suited for the other roles. I'll update again once we reach the next deadline!

  • Slight changes from last announcement

Hi guys! So I have reviewed my notes again and have determined that The Overseer and Petra do not have enough front runners for me to do callbacks. They will also stay open until further notice. And I'm just going to full send it and officially cast Fuchsia, there's one in particular I really like. I just wanted to let everyone know of these changes as soon as I thought of them. In regards to callbacks I will need to consult my writing helper again as we realized we completely missed half of Cotton's in server and need to account for the new auditions as well. I'll continue to contact people in the next few hours ^^

Edit: the person I tried to scout for Coni still has yet to respond to me so I will also be reopening him just in case.

  • β€œYou're being awfully defensive, it's just a camera. Why does it matter so much? Unless… You’re hiding something, aren’t you?” (teasing to realization)

  • β€œWait… WHAT?!” [scoff] β€œYou are so unnecessarily handsy. How would you like it if I went over and took your belongings?!” (confused to aggressive)

  • β€œNo offense Bella but this looks tampered with. You’re going to have to try harder than that.” (playful, sly)

Age: 18 | masc | side character

This character will not die and will play a moderately important part in all three seasons.

Voice reference(s): Marc and Reverser (Miraculous Ladybug)

No preferred accent.

Accuracy from 1-5: 3 individually

Changes to reference (if any): Marc is too high but Reverser is too low, try to aim for the middle. I wouldn't mind it being a tad bit softer as well.

Note: Velvet isn't shy like Marc per se, more awkward if anything. They should be animate, but not over the top.

Warnings: psychological torture, isolation, family death.

  • β€œHi.” [pause] β€œI'm sorry, were you expecting more to the conversation?” (awkward)

  • β€œClover can you stop being so nitpicky? We're taking an eternity to get simple materials, The Seer will get impatient.” (bored, complaining)

  • β€œI…” [pause] β€œI don't want to think about that.” (quiet, uncomfortable)

Age: 17 | androgynous | side character

This character will not die and will play a moderately important part in all three seasons.

Voice reference: Blaze (Snapcube's Sonic 06 dub)

No preferred accent.

Accuracy from 1-5: 4.5

Changes to reference (if any): Nothing significant. Though they can be afab or amab.

Note: They must sound androgynous but have a higher pitch. Their delivery is important but I will be focusing on the voice itself mostly. Just like Velvet, they should be animate.

Warnings: neglect, family death.

Language:

  • β€œHey Lady Osiria! Welcome back! I watered the plants, added more soil, and left food out for… what are those things called again?” (casual to confused)

  • β€œVelvet I will throw you in a tree, do not test me.” (irritated)

  • β€œOh hey Oleander, why are you here? You clearly don't want to talk to us so what is it?” (suspicious, blunt)

*this character is from wave 1

Age: 19 | masc (ftm) | deuteragonist (season 1), side character (season 2 onward)
This character will not die and will play a highly important role in season 1, then switch to a side character role for the rest of the series.

Voice reference: Travis (Mystreet - Aphmau) / Patrick Seymour
No preferred accent.
Accuracy from 1-5: 4
Changes to reference (if any): nothing significant.
Note: His energy is what matters most, not the voice necessarily. I can be flexible as long as you keep the ref's pitch.

Warnings: mental torture, emotional abuse, poor mental health

Language:
  • english
Voice description:

  • dramatic
  • male young adult
  • androgynous

  • β€œOh… That is disgusting. Do I have to- you’re already running in. Great.” (disgusted to unimpressed)

  • β€œEveryone hates you, The Seer hates me, it just makes sense to team up! Don't look at me like that, it'll be a great idea.” (casual, excited)

  • ”Of course we have to deal with her. Ugh. Be careful dude, she's an absolute creep.” (distaste, annoyed)
