[URGENT CASTING - DEADLINE: 10/23]
Voidcore is a cinematic Minecraft horror series, directed by LazyLizzie, and produced by TiniToons.
Nori finds herself in a place between life and death called The Void where she is met with strange environments as well as distorted people who have also died but can't remember how. They all form a bond and explore the environment together and eventually meet more and more people and there'd be plot holes and questions to answer.

Please have a clear mic with little to no background noise, and speak slowly and clearly!
Here are a few things you should know before auditioning:
1. This is an unpaid project.
2. The age limit is set at 15+.
3. Voice actors must have Discord for communication.
4. Voice actors must be prompt and efficient with their voice lines, meaning that the lines MUST be handed in ON TIME, and must be willing and ready for re-takes.
5. All the characters will have varying ages, so make sure you're aware of what character you're applying for.
6. Some characters do swear, so please keep that in mind. If you're not okay with swearing, please put that in your audition notes so I can keep that in mind.
7. This is not a roleplay. You don't have to have Minecraft to apply, scripts will be provided and direction will be given.
8. Please provide your discord username when you audition if you can!

Role: Protagonist
Voice Type: Low / Tired / Monotone
She wants a good life.Blind to what was infront of her, she wished for more. Her journey follows working past what made her blind to everything that was good about her past life. As she ventures forward she sees glimpses of her past in others that remind her of those she was once close to. Bothered by where she finds herself at first, as she continues to create memories, she learns she was always normal.
"Sure. What kind of places?"
[Concerned] "What.. what happened last time anyway?"
[Distracted] "Uh.. yeah. Yeah, that's... that's me. Right."

Voice Type: Medium / Tired
Depressed and hungry from an eating disorder, Solituna’s life was shaped from two key moments – Her mothers departure, and her fathers abuse. Known to be emotional, clingy, but kind-hearted, her path to understanding herself to the fullest is a rough one. Looking at those and the world around her with fresh eyes, she sees love in the world that was not there before. Haunted by memories from the past, her mothers memory and her friends' comfort push her forward.
"And I'll have some coffee as well."
[Sad] "I just want to be alone for a minute. It's.. personal."
[Exasperated] "Solituna Sandwich. Seriously?.. just.. stop. Just stop."

When Doa was alive her life was difficult. Days filled with abuse and neglect from those around her, all she wanted was to be loved. Despite the hardships that have dragged her down, she lived in a mask of pain disguised as humor.
"Oh! so you see.. well! Ronin said-"
[Yelling] "Get me some orbs!"
[Questioning] "Do you have any fears, young one?"

Voice Type: Low / Tired
An underdog when he was alive, the only thing that Waiter knew was his usefulness to others. When his use became no more, he was discarded from those he thought cared about him. Despite his hard work and dedication, he never received the recognition he deeply craved. His mistreatment grew him into a pessimistic and depraved shell. In this void, he feels as if he has no purpose or value, often feeling used by those around him.
"Nice to meet you too, Nori."
[Breaking Down] "Are you done now Bones? do you.. DO YOU.. sigh. Do you just.. hate me? do I mean nothing to you? am I just .. a waiter?"
[Frustrated] "Here we go again.. what are you guys having today?"

Voice Type: High / Robotic / Energetic
Often disconnected from reality, paranoia runs deep. His mind fixating on danger lurking around the corner instead of what's real. His realities mixing, he understands little about what is going on around him. Living in constant awareness of things no one else fears, the voices in his head make him feel a little less insane.
"IT'S A GREAT DAY TODAY NORI!"
[Malfunctioning] "SO! WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF-OF-OF-OF-OF-OF-OF-"
[Breaking 4th Wall] "WHAT ARE WE? SOME KIND OF CASTING CALL CLUB?"

Voice Type: Medium / Mature / Motherly
When Missingmoon was alive, her life revolved around the safety of her siblings. With a heart full of love for younger sister, it didn’t stop the burden she carried. As she grew older, those she protected drifted. Alone and broken, she realizes that the one she should have been protecting was herself.
"Get me some cookies. I can do with some right about now."
[Reprimanding] "No Doa don't! Don't tell her!"
[Sigh] "Yeah, that's just Dell being... himself. We just have to live with it."
Role: Antagonist
Voice Type: Medium / Energetic / Sarcastic
A false leader, caring for little outside of his own personal gain. His knowledge grows everyday as people confide in him, unaware of the twisted person they are releasing their secrets to.
"Here? yeah. Make yourself at home. Come sit with us!"
[Angry] "Are you fu- *sigh* WAITER. WAITER. GET HERE NOW."
[Yelling] "HAVE some respect and know your place. WAITER. THAT'S ALL YOU'LL EVER BE. AS. LONG AS. YOU'RE. IN THE VOID."

Voice Type: Low / Drowsy / Slow
Dozy is an insomniac always chasing the edge of sleep. Running on fumes for most of her waking days, exhaustion finally consumed her. Upon death, she found little relief, they void keeping her more awake than she was before. Now she must live out her days in eternal exhaustion.
"Bold of you to assume I even get sleep."
[Dozing Off] "Sometimes I just like to lay down and look at the endless void that i'm too tired to even be concerned about.... about... *snores then wakes up* huh? oh. oh okay. Hey Nori."
[Tired] "Yeah.. yeah sure... surrree. I'll do it... tomorrow probably maybe."

Voice Type: High / Airy / Fatigued
Diagnosed with cancer at a young age, death was on her doorstep. In the void, Skye now carried the scars of her disease, never to be cured or to feel relief.
"Hm? yeah sure whatever, I don't mind."
"Oh. If you think that's bad, take a look at this."
[Uplifting] "You want to know what I think? I think Dell is trying his best. And we should appreciate that and not make fun of him."

Voice Type: Medium / Rich / Soft
Coming from a loving home, nothing could stop the horrors he saw lurking around the corner. Paranoid every day of his life, he grew irrational. As living horror progressed, so did his erratic behavior. Deciding life was too scary to continue, he took his own life. In the void, he feels as if he is always being watched. Doomed to live out the rest of his life in eternal fear.
"So heartless yet.. so full of feelings.."
[Yelling] "You think I asked to look like this?! you think I asked for this body?!"
[Muttering] "Don't look at me. Don't look.. at me. Don't. Look at me."

With a long history of opioid addiction due to a chronic illness, hospitals were all he knew. Stuck in an endless cycle of addiction and recovery, a slip was all it took. Now, in the void, he suffers from never ending withdrawal, cursed to crave the one thing he can’t live without.
"Waiter, yo. Buffalo wings for me. Plain."
[Playfully Teasing] "You're awfully stingy for someone that size, Nori."
[Adamant] "You don't understand, I NEED that shit. Get out of my way."
