Hello! I am looking for two voice actors for Satoru Gojo (yes, from the anime!) and Hana Yamamoto. These are paid roles for a passion project, specifically a short-length visual novel focusing on them.
The finished project will be released for free and both roles will be credited. Payment is done through PayPal.
Knowledge of the series isn't required, but just know I'll be more strict with auditions for Satoru since he's a pre-existing character! Specifications for Hana's voice are way more loose, so I'll be more lenient with her auditions.

Hello! First off: so sorry for the silence. Evidently I was not able to meet my self-imposed deadline of going through all the auditions before the month was over. I thought a little bit of pressure would motivate me to work, but, with the way things have been going in my personal life, it's been another stressor instead.
So, I have decided to lighten my load as much as I can. Instead of giving a deadline for when I'll be done with going through auditions, I'll update when I finish dismissing/shortlisting the auditions for Hana, and then I'll do the same for Gojo. I've also decided to stop leaving feedback; as much as I would like to, it's just very hard for me to do while also getting through everything in a reasonable time :(

With the deadline in less than a day, I just wanted to say thank you again to everyone who has auditioned for this project. When I first set it up, I would have never imagined to get almost 100 submissions! I'm sure it helps that it's paid work, but I also like to think there's genuine interest in what I'm creating. These characters mean a lot to me, and I'm excited to bring their stories to another level by giving them voices. That being said, because I didn't anticipate this much interest (plus some health issues during late June/early July), I'm a little behind on going through submissions. Just in case you noticed activity was a little stagnant! Once submissions are closed, I plan to bring my focus back here; listening to the rest of the auditions, taking notes, providing feedback... etc etc you know how it goes! I don't have an exact casting deadline, but I hope to have it figured out within the month. Of course, if anything happens and I don't think I can deliver on that, I'll be sure to update again; I don't want anyone getting the impression this project is abandoned. Hana (Haa-nuh), Young Adult, Female, Satoru's... it's complicated!
A highly sensitive person. More than anything, Hana just wants a place to belong. Maybe that's why she's a sorcerer despite everything about her screaming that's a really bad idea! She is quite stubborn despite her sweet demeanor.
Soft-spoken, but has a habit of speaking louder or stumbling over her words when her emotions (good or bad!) are high. She wears her heart on her sleeve and doesn't bother hiding what she feels. Really, it's painfully obvious when she's upset...

Dubbed "The Strongest", Satoru is the epitome of strength. Physically strong, highly skilled at jujutsu, and intelligent, he has every reason to be cocky and arrogant. At least, that's the version of himself he's willing to share with the world. He hides behind a playful persona, not allowing anyone to get too close to him. However, he does care deeply for those that matter to him; he just expresses that care indirectly!
While often teasing, Satoru does have his serious moments. He rarely raises his voice.
Now, now, I said getaway. And you are, in fact, getting away. Y’know, from the school. (Correcting / Playful)
