Wemmbu Minecraft Youtube Voice Acting
Project Overview
Hey! We are the Wemmbu team and we run a Youtube channel with over 4 million subscribers. We primarily create story-based videos using Minecraft as our medium.
We're currently looking to add long-term voice actors to our Minecraft videos, in order to serve as recurring characters. Ideally, we would like to have a strong cast of characters to use for video plots.
This position is long-term and requires commitment to, at most, 5-8hr long recording sessions on Minecraft throughout the week. Because of the long recording sessions, availability and flexibility are crucial. If you are busy or frequently have scheduling conflicts, this position is likely not for you.
Since this position involves continuous appearances in the videos, we're also looking for individuals who can develop strong, recognizable personalities within our content. Beyond voice acting, this position offers potential opportunities for long-term growth, including managing your online brand and possibly launching a YouTube channel centered around your character's established brand, with management and production support from our team.
This position is unique in that the voice acting is not fully scripted. Instead, we want people who are memorable, witty, and can improvise interesting dialogue. This position is also very hands-on as you will be playing Minecraft with our team for the recordings.
