Turtle Man, DaPhantom and Officer M. are a trio of crime-fighting best friends who live in the City of Nexus, a futuristic and highly populated urban place where just about anything can happen. They frequently fight villains, hang out with eachother and get into all sorts of shenanigans on a daily basis, sometimes involving their recurring friends and enemies.
One night on Halloween they are alerted to the presence of a ghostly threat that is looming over Nexus, so they team up with a skeleton called Llama to track down this force and stop it before it wreaks havoc on the city.
Looking for voices for Turtle Man, the villain of the special, the Soul Witch, and two side characters who appear near the beginning: Boss and the Vice President

Turtle Man is a clumsy but loving and caring oath, who often acts a bit silly and sometimes gets him and his friends into trouble but he cares about them very much and would always be willing to protect them

The soul witch is the villain of the Halloween special, being an ancient force who appears every Halloween night to spread terror around the world, and the group's objective is to find and defeat her before she can attack the City of Nexus.

Boss is the, well, boss of the Nexus police force and the boss of Officer M, who is one of the main characters. He's rather old and nefarious, always seeming like he is doing or planning something suspicious even whilst just talking normally.
