Project Overview
Heyo, so after over a year and a half of refining this passion project of mine, I believe that now's the best time to begin hiring Voice Actors for some of the various characters, starting with a machine named "Vocal", more info will be provided on the specifics of her character within her role
What I'm looking for with this role:
-Someone who's experienced with voice acting and is confident that they capture the emotions and delivery I'm going for. This is why I'm willing to provide payment as compensation, so I can get the best person for the job.
-Willingness to partake in voice calls where we can refine your delivery and give crucial insight into this character. In other words, voice direction
-I'll likely be adjusting small things in my scripts to fit your enunciation, so if you have any recommendations for my scripts, I'd be glad to hear them
-You have to be over 18 to have this role, minors aren't allowed in
-[OPTIONAL] Transcendence is based off of Murder Drones, a mini-series available for free on YouTube. This role doesn't require you to be a fan of the show, however, you should at least know a bit about it and watch over it once or twice to get an understanding. The whole show is about 3 hours long
-[COMPLETELY OPTIONAL] I'll be looking for more roles later down the road, so I might inform you of other characters. If you know of anyone who you think would be good for a certain role, please let me know, but it's not a big priority
-Please provide a sample of you doing this role as part of your submission

Now that we've reached the submission deadline, I would firstly like to say thank you to everybody who submitted, I was impressed by many of your performances. With that being said. I think I've narrowed by options down to three that I liked the best. These three will be contacted soon for an interview where I can talk with you more about this role, your availability, refinement, etc, so I'll be contacting:

Voice Actor
Vocal is the deuteragonist of TRANSCENDENCE, and a pivotal character that'll get plenty of screen time and development. The first in the modern line of Worker Drones that's able to perfectly mimic human speech and sentience. She'll have a lot bottled up in the series, with more adding to it as it progresses and more about her experiences with others is shown
She'll have a pretty high-pitched voice, and her voice should convey a potent mix of "ethereal elegance" and "corporate assertiveness" while frequently being able to sound tired and/or anxious about.being in the middle of a cataclysm. She'll be prone to giving out orders, and deeply cares for those closest to her, but her programming and inner turmoils will push her further than anything has before. I'll reveal more info about her if you get the role, there's a lot to unpack with her
