Project Overview
The Walten Files
is an animated series on YouTube created by Martin Walls. With 7 canon episodes out to date, the series follows Jack Walten and Felix Kranken after they came up with an idea that hadn't been seen before. To create a restaurant aimed at kids with robotic entertainment, coming to fruition in the summer of '74. But I'm sure you all know the story by now...

Each video will be posted to our 10.3k YT channel, Ypres
This is for short comics and text posts/inaccurate quotes only. Nothing too big or fancy.
Feel free to join our server for live casting and audition for our other projects!
Audition Requirements:
Include your Discord in your audition
Be alright with explicit language and issues involving body horror, violence and gore (preferably be 18+)
Meet given deadlines and be cooperative
Take 2-3 takes per line

Good delivery and microphone quality
People who can take characters and make them their own

Sophie Walten is a core character in The Walten Files and arguably the main protagonist. Not much is known about Sophie’s personality, as the pills that she takes most likely sedate her from all of the trauma that she has experienced - however, she's very curious but easy to forget things.

(Scared; Worried) The game... I-It said my name. My family was there..! Mom...
(Angry; Accusing) You don't believe me? Y-You think I'm making this up, don't you?!
Felix Archer Kranken is a major character in The Walten Files and was a co-founder of Bon's Burgers and Jack Walten's close friend. Felix has a severe alcohol addiction, which has brought him into a very emotional state.

(Casual; Voicing over an employee training video) Hello! My name is Felix Kranken. I just want to greet all of you to the company! Me and my friend Jack are both very excited about working with all of you.
(Dismissive; After drinking) It’s okay. I’m really just feeling a little dizzy. It’s getting very late. Your parents must be worried. Let’s go.
(Shaky; Worried) Rosemary asked about the doll... I told her they... They left it at school… That was a lie. I don't know what to do with the doll! Wherever I go, there it is and I c-can't get myself to get rid of it!
Jenny is the girlfriend of Sophie Walten, and is seen as outgoing, confident, and caring when the situation calls for it. She can, however, also be snarky at times. When interacting with Sophie, she is shown to tease her and call her a "dumbass" due to a spelling error jokingly. She is also frequently busy with essays and work.

(Ominous; As if telling a scary campfire story) People say she died inside of some old bunker from the company. Her body was never found. Most say she was privately buried. Others say she’s still inside that place.
(Struggling to stay calm; Trying to comfort Sophie) Okay - god - it's alright! We'll figure it out, we're gonna pull through, alright? I'm going to help you.
Molly Walten was the daughter of Jack Walten and Rosemary Walten. She's kind, trusting and obsessed with space things after the 1969 moon landing.

(Surprised; Curious) Uncle Felix? What are you doing here?
(Stern) This is a drinking zone, you shouldn’t be drinking.
Edward "Edd" Walten, was the son of Jack and Rosemary Walten, along with him being the older brother of Molly and the younger brother of Sophie. Not much is about his personality as he's only shown prominently in a few set scenes.

(Nervous) He’s gone! They’re both gone!
(Concerned; Hesitant) Come on, Molly. Let’s go.
Bon is an anthropomorphic bunny animatronic and one of the four Showstoppers, the Mascot of the restaurant chain Bon's Burgers, and the main antagonist. Bon's personality makes him seem like a typical protagonist character, acting sarcastic, plucky, and confident.
Voice effects are encouraged when recording for the third line, as it's when he's his most sinister.

Banny is an animatronic and one of the four Showstoppers of Bon's Burgers. Banny is shown to be optimistic, cheerful, preppy, and enthusiastic.

(Excited; Explaining) Why, today is the annual fruit festival! We do a huge party at the restaurant every year!
(Airheaded; Confused) Uhh… No?
Boozoo is one of the four original members of the Showstoppers, and most likely one of the original prototypes. He's shown to be a great showman, and loves making terrible jokes.

Billy is a clown animatronic reserved for birthday parties in Bon's Burgers. Not much is known about Billy's personality, but from what is seen, it has the same energetic-friendly attitude as most other characters do. It has a somewhat silly attitude, likely due to it being a clown.
Voice effects & editing are encouraged when recording for the second and last line.
