Project Overview
"The RPG" is an original story being created by Manglelover_350 and I. The story follows a writer named Erica. After struggling to find any motivation to continue her fantasy book Erica passes out by her computer. When she wakes up she realizes that she's been transported to a completely different world. In this world, she is an elf and everything is styled like an RPG game. She, later on, forms a guild with Celeste, Willow, Nova, and Marshall. The guild goes on to figure out what's going on while taking quests.
This Audiobook will contain some heavy/sexual/dark subjects.
Requirements:
If a character states you can only audition if your 18+ don't audition if you're a minor.
THERE WILL BE A TON OF CHARACTERS ADDED THAT DON'T REQUIRE 18+ VOICE ACTORS

MAJOR ROLE
Marshall is a mute character who communicates through sign language. We are looking for a voice for his in-" game" captions. Marshall is a mixed Caucasian-Asian 24-year-old man. He has an overcontrolling family, and his character experiences family trauma. If you are sensitive to violent/abusive topics, please do not audition for Marshall.
"My name is Marshall. Are you fluent in sign language or know any basic sign language?"(introduction)
(forced and flustered )"Yes we are a couple."
"Its interesting- (slight pause) Your magic that is. What kind of magic can you do?"
MAJOR ROLE/ MAIN CHARACTER
Erica is a 21-year-old woman who starts off as a normal burned-out writer in college. One night as she was trying to find motivation for her fantasy-style book she passed out by her computer. When she woke up she was in a completely different world. Instead of a human, she was an elf in a different body. Erica has sexual trauma causing her to have hypersexuality. You must be over 18 to audition for this role. Be willing to scream, shout, make action noises, and be comfortable talking about sex.
(In this scene Erica learns her guild member snuck off constantly to be with a man they had only been dating for an hour. Erica is very pissed off.)
"AN HOUR? ONLY AN HOUR??? IS THIS WHERE YOU WENT THE LAST COUPLE NIGHTS?"
(Protective with a bit of sass)
"You have 5 seconds to explain what the hell you are doing with her before I lose my damn patience."
(Confused and attempting to reason with herself)
"Oh, my god-was I kidnapped?! Even if I was I guess they gave up."
MAJOR CHARACTER
Celeste is one of the first female mages in her area. Female mages are greatly looked down upon due to mages being a majority of men. She is 22 and a massive hopeless romantic. She's the heart of the guild but tends to get into a lot of trouble. If you're not comfortable with playing a character that deals with a lot of sexism do not audition for this character.
"Hm? Oh hi! You're in Hemlock, it's a pretty small town"
(Erica and Celeste get in a fight about Celeste's secret affair with Marshall. During the heat of the argument, Celeste screams back at Erica before bursting into tears.)
"HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TELL WHEN YOU HAVE A BIAS OPINION, HUH?!"
(Formally talking to Erica, until she realizes Erica shot a princess in the knee.)
"Hey Erica, I got the bloo- GOOD LORD WHAT HAPPENED?!"
MAJOR ROLE
Willow is a 19000-year-old Vampire princess. One night she was cursed and turned into a human which made the whole vampire kingdom and town hunt after her unwillingly. Her life is later spared by Erica when Willow decides to join the guild. This character swears A LOT and says some pretty violent things. If you're uncomfortable with yelling, swearing, or fake crying please do not audition for this role.
"My (hesitates) My name is Willow. I'm the princess of vampires but I got turned into a human."

"What, you wanna shoot my other knee this time?"
(Genuine and Vulnerable)
"I don't think I will. I've already grown so attached to the group. I don't think I can leave it (chuckles a little)"
Nova is a 2300-year-old demi-god/alien. After falling from the sky one day a cult immediately tried to sacrifice her. Erica, Willow, and Celeste quickly come to her rescue and recruit her into the guild. We believe Nova should have a very calming voice. Though Nova has been around in space for 2300 years, she has yet to feed into her emotions. Throughout her time with the group, she experiences a lot of new emotions.
(scared)
" Please don't hurt me.."
(Reasoning/ attempting to stop a fight)
"Guys, fighting really isn't getting us anywhere. We might wanna actually, you know, LOOK for them?"
(Erica, after being stabbed in the thigh, runs after Nova in an attempt to try and comfort her. Nova, feeling confused asks her why in a sense")
"You ran after me, yet you're so badly hurt."
REOCURRING CHARACTER
Marshall's Mother is a very passive aggressive, mentally abusive, and manipulative mother. Similar to Mother Gothel in Tangled. Her character is currently planned to be used as a villain and in Marshall's backstory. If you are sensitive to heavy topics such as abuse please do not audition for this character.
(Fake happy to see him, semi gaslighting him for being away too long)
"MARSHALLLLLL. It's been so long!"
(High-key judging Celeste's dress in this scene)
"Oh well, I'm sure your quite the wealthy family looking at what you're dressed in ha ha...."
(passive aggressively)
"Well, I'm glad to see the family tradition of a big ol' powerful man and pretty little wife is going to continue."
Lewis is a 20-year-old man who definitely has some issues. When the guild firsts meet Lewis he is a well-put-together man. He's currently majoring in photography and journalism. Over time Luis becomes obsessed and very possessive over the guild. At one point in the story, he kidnaps them. DO NOT audition for Lewis if you are under 18. Lewis becomes a very scary and creepy character over time. If you're not comfortable with saying some possessive/creepy/overall uncomfortable lines please don't audition for Lewis.
