The Phantom of the Docks | NWR Adventures | Episode 5
Project Overview
A Halloween episode for my Thomas & Friends fan-series. The plot: Thomas the Tank Engine and his little sister Rosie are shunting trucks at the Docks. Thomas is annoyed that he has to miss the Halloween party at Knapford so he decides to make his own fun by scaring Rosie. He blows his whistle so loudly that she runs away in fright. The little cherry red tank engine races down an old, overgrown, forgotten branch line and crashes violently into some tankers, getting covered in smelly black diesel fuel. Once Thomas hears the news that Rosie is missing, he immediately sets out into the pitch black darkness to fight find his scared little sister. Thomas finally finds Rosie, apologises and rescues her, with Rosie falling asleep as Thomas brings her back to the shed.
Voice Actor
Rosie is a very small tank engine, painted in a bright cherry red colour with white lining and “NWR” lettering on her tanks. She is a young engine but very energetic and bubbly. However, she does scare easily and is a little sensitive. Thomas is her big brother, Rosie looks to him for comfort and safety, the two share a nice bond. Her voice requires a high pitched childlike voice but any accent is fine.
(Cheerful, optimistic) Oh, cheer up, Thomas! The yard manager said we only have to arrange these last two trains, and then we can go home. Besides, I like working with my big brother. It makes the time go faster!
(Trembling slightly) Shut up, Thomas, you're just trying to scare me! There's no such thing as ghosts!
(Screaming in pure terror) THE PHANTOM!! IT’S THE PHANTOM OF THE DOCKS!!
