The Lilac Lands of Lutsunder - A Dungeons and Dragons Campaign Setting
Project Overview
My name is Amity, creator of the expansive world of the Lilac Lands of Lutsunder, a homebrew Dungeons and Dragons setting that I have been running campaigns in for the past 5 years.
I have recently decided that I want to bring the Lilac Lands to more people, to give them the tools I've had for making campaigns for the past half decade - however - I don't think I can do it alone.
I am looking for a handful of helping hands in executing my plans for content for Lutsunder, releasing on DMsguild (https://www.dmsguild.com/).
The content will be a mix of player options - such as subclasses, species, backgrounds, spells, and potentially later full classes; and dungeon master content, like campaign modules or general setting guidance and DM tools.
I need passionate writers who would not only be able to help me bring my ideas to life, but also to pitch your own ideas and help improve the quality and variety of the Lilac Lands of Lutsunder, by giving it more voices than just mine.
As reward, you will get a cut of the profits, but due to DMsguild taking a high percentage, it will unfortunately not be much at first.

No use of generative AI will be tolerated in this project, when auditioning just provide examples of your writing or work, and if you are considered, I'll just have a little chat with you to get a vibe check.
Writer
Become a writer for the world of Lutsunder.
Your responsibilities:
- You will not be working on your own, and I will not dump all the workload on you. You will simply be writing the sections of the "books" that I request while I write for the "books" too.
- You will be given adequate explanation and lore for what you are writing, but you must not change any of the lore unless you pitch that change to me first.
- You may also be chosen for me to bounce ideas off of, in somewhat irregular meetings and chats.
- You will not be forced to write pages or pages unless you are willing to.

Writer
Become an NPC creator/writer for the Lilac Lands of Lutsunder.
Your responsibilities:
- You will assist me in making minor (or sometimes major) NPCs for campaign modules and sometimes as cameos in other "books" for the Lilac Lands.
- You will be asked to write dialogue or actions for NPCs in modules.
- You may also be chosen for me to bounce ideas off of, in somewhat irregular meetings and chats.
- You may also be asked to create lore for the NPCs, but lore for major NPCs must be passed by me.

Writer
Become a homebrewer assistant for the homebrew side of Lutsunder.
Your responsibilities:
- You will assist in the ideas making and possibly draft making for homebrew content for Lutsunder.
- You will be given adequate explanation and lore for what you are writing, but you must not change any of the lore unless you pitch that change to me first.
- You may also be chosen for me to bounce ideas off of, in somewhat irregular meetings and chats.
- You will not be writing the final version of the homebrew because I want to keep the writing style for the final homebrew consistent, unless you are able to replicate my style well.

Artist
Become the cover designer for our "books".
However, this isn't specifically an artist role, artists deserve to be paid. Instead this is just a general graphic designer that can make an easy cover without much cost to time and effort. This could be simple skills like photoshop, or other graphic design apps that can assemble a good looking cover image.
Your responsibilities:
- Create good looking (but not too fancy or difficult to make) cover images for our "books".
- Do not overwork yourself. Since this is paid by just a small amount, I do not want you to do anything too fancy, the cover images must simply convey what the book is and still attract attention.
- You may also be chosen for me to bounce ideas off of, in somewhat irregular meetings and chats.
