(Skit) The House Podcast: April Fools Episode
Project Overview
This project is a small, scripted skit featuring gender-bent versions of the members of my podcast for April Fools Day. This short dark comedy features flandarized versions of us trying to record an episode of our podcast when an unfortunate incident occurs that causes the police to arrive and the main characters to flee. Each role has 20-30 or so lines. This is the first paid project I've ever done because this is the first project I've done that has a budget! I'm very excited for this.
There WILL be profanity.
Only accepting actors that are 16+
ABCABC or AABBCC is much appreciated.
Decent Mic quality VERY strongly encouraged.

Shawn is the pseudo-leader of the podcast. He is the oldest and tries to be the most responsible. Although he tries not to show it, he can be as unhinged as the other three sometimes. He is in a long-time relationship with Jaylyn. His voice is medium to low.

(A little worn out) Hello everyone! I really hope the footage doesn't get corrupted this time...
(Complaining) It's like 100 degrees out... I have got to stop letting you plan these special episodes.
(Grim at first, then defensive) I could kill her if I really wanted to... What! I didn't say I was planning to! I'm just saying I could because she weighs about 100 pounds! ...She threatens me like all the time and no one says anything, but I just point out that I COULD kill her and suddenly I'm the villain!?
(Pronounced Eff-ee-ah) Afia is the producer/manager/editor of the podcast. She comes up with ideas for episodes that often get the other hurt or into trouble. She often gives these terrible ideas with a straight face, so the others don't know if she's serious or not. She has a grumpy attitude, a knack for lying, and is probably an undiagnosed sociopath. She has a high to medium voice with a lot of nasal.

(Hospitable) Hello everybody and welcome back to The House Podcast! my name is Afia, and Today I will introduce my housemates from most to least likely to survive if we were stranded on a deserted island! I’m here with Jaylyn, Shawn, and Gabe!
(With Sinister Undertones) I picked our old high school as a recording location because I have a very special event planned for this episode.
(Spoken with a bit too much glee) See, here's the funny part! I’m about to call the police and let them know that the students are holding a violent insurrection.
(Pronounced Jay-len) Jaylyn is usually the coldly logical member of the group, with a lot of knowledge about criminal activity and law enforcement. When subjected to the other three members however, she can lose her cool. In a relationship with Shawn. She has a low to medium voice.

(Casual) Yo. What's up?
(Methodical) We talked about this, If we were all on a deserted island, we’d eat you first. The energy we’d use to kill you would be canceled by the energy we’d get from eating you.
(Telling a story) Okay, so me and Shawn were wondering what would happen if the entire student body of a high school rioted and took all the teachers hostage. I said they would have to swat the entire building, but then Afia came in and said the police could handle it.
Gabe is the heart of The House Podcast. He's usually the one to address the audience directly and calm the others down when they get out of hand, but He's prone to outbursts himself when he gets nervous. He has a medium to high voice.

(Cheerful) For those of you at home, this is the first episode ever where we are all physically in the same place! I’m so excited!
(Nervous) It’s definitely illegal to call the police for no reason... right?
(Panicked to the point of nausea) Oh my God… I’m so stressed, I think I’m gonna throw up…
