Project Overview

Hey everyone! As a DM, I want to bring life to certain NPCs that may not fit my voice range.

Must be okay with your voice being played via MP3 clip during our Twitch livestreams with the video being posted on youtube and made into short clips as well.

Please record on a decent mic with little to no background noise.

Each role will be paid $5. While its not a lot, I refuse to hire anyone unpaid and can at least get you a coffee for your hard work!

  • HOLY RESPONSE!!

    I have posted multiple projects on here and WOWZERS I was not expecting the response I got on this one! There is sooo much talent. I have shortlisted ideal candidates and cast the role of The Songstress due to song composition taking extra time to complete.

    Every one of you have blown me away. There is an insane amount of talent on Casting Call Club.

    I WILL BE CASTING BY THURSDAY!!

    I know its a day early from the deadline, but i want there to be enough time for my chosen VA's and myself for set up since this is the beginning of a new campaign for us.

A tall, thin man leans against the bar, a whiskey glass in hand. His dark, slicked-back hair gleams with precision, framing his face with sharp lines, and is accentuated by a pencil-thin mustache. He wears a tailored striped suit and grips an ornate cane topped with a silver goat skull.


This is the description of Phillip. He isn't much of a talker compared to his wife, so i only need a few lines. Some may not be used depending on my players choices. They find themselves on The Ghostlight Express filled with a lot of lost souls.

Looking for an old new orleans accent. Very much that flapper age. Deeper man's voice.

 Sitting in one of the velvet chairs is a Wayward Haint* (ghost) of a beautiful woman in a long, silky dress, smoking a cigarette while glumly looking out the window. Her whole being seems hollow. She only knows herself as a songstress who wished to be a famous singer in life.


Bringing her the phonograph found in the Sleeper Car (area G2) and turning it on inspires her to sing the perfect final song. She stands at the center of the lounge and croons a love song that spurs Phillip and Adela to embrace and slowly dance to the performance. When the song concludes, she is freed, closing her eyes contentedly and fading away in peace. 


I need someone to sing an original tune for the audition lyrics. It has to be copyright free so that why I'm turning to your talent! 

You don't need to sing the whole thing if you just want to do a few lines for a basic tune.

Incredible that through it all, the dashed and broken stardust fell, And settled into ‘you and me,’ and all the time we need.

Shuffling through the car is a Wayward Haint* (ghost) of an old man in a sailor’s coat with a clay pipe. Grumbling, he purposelessly heaves sacks of mail from one end of the car to the other as if he was loading cargo on a ship. There is a distant regretful look in his eyes as he goes about his labor.

When encountered, he only cares to talk about the sea and his long career as a sailor, captain, and lighthouse keeper, bemoaning that he died inland. He regularly mentions that he wishes he could see the sea one last time with glum wistfulness. 


Looking for a gravely man's voice. open to accents but definitely looking for your traditional cartoony-mariner.

 Slumped up against a tattered suitcase is a Wayward Haint* (ghost) of a grizzled man in striped clothing with a ball and chain around his left ankle. His stomach grumbles with a loud, rumbling gurgle as he lets out weary groans, his face scrunched with hunger pangs.

When encountered, he is distracted by his hunger and dreamily lists off food that would be so delicious to eat. When pressed, he says that he was executed before getting the last meal of steak and eggs he was promised, and it’s all he’s been able to think about since. 


Really open to accents. Kinda looking for an old cartoony mafia member but im open. 


Might be another line or two but I think this is it for this guy.

Hanging upside down from a dangling trapeze bar fastened to the ceiling is a Wayward Haint* (ghost)  of a woman dressed as a jester with a harlequin cap covered in jingling bells. Her face is wracked with shame as she dramatically tugs on her hat and performs acrobatic but painful-looking tumbles and pratfalls.

When encountered, she mostly bemoans her own foolishness and wishes she hadn’t made such a terrible mistake that hurt so many people. When pressed, she explains that she accidentally opened the cage of a vicious tiger that went on a rampage and killed dozens throughout the carnival, including herself. She wishes she could be certain it could never harm anyone again.


Honestly very open to accents for her. When I first saw her I thought of Harley Quinn's voice but I'm open!
