Project Overview
As much as he enjoys life in general, Cyborg finds that his enthusiasm can hardly catch up with his daily schedule. His interest is aroused to a new computer processor chip called the Maximum-7, which he has delivered and inserted into his brain. The chip considerably boosts Cyborg's calculative and reflexive capabilities, enabling him not only to zoom through the day in any activity he pursues, but also to defeat Adonis all by himself as he gives the local beach visitors a hard time. However, the very next evening the Titans are called into town and face a serious challenge in the shape of Billy Numerous. In their first clash, Billy's power of self-duplication easily outmatches their respective powers, and even Cyborg's enhanced speed proves no good.

Adonis' powers derive solely from his battlesuit, which enhances his strength to superhuman levels and, due to its metallic chassis, affords protection from physical attacks. The suit is apparently controlled by neural interface, since on occasion Adonis has demonstrated the ability to wriggle his chest 'muscles' just like normal human flesh; and Mas was able to exploit a weakness in the suit to inflict pain on him by kicking his 'toes', despite the fact that the suit's arms and legs clearly outsize Adonis' own and thus his own hands and feet do not fit into the armor's.

Billy Numerous is a former student of the H.I.V.E. Academy.
Billy Numerous has the power to duplicate himself as many times as he wants. His clones are effectively all independent entities who share both Billy's personality and duplication powers. The exact numerical limit of clones he can effectively create is unknown, though it ranges well beyond a hundred. If Billy overtaxes his power, however, all the clones will forcibly re-merge with him, which will lead to a massive shock to his system.
*evil laugh*
