Gacha VA Project!
Team Tsunagaru⭑
Team Tsunagaru⭑ (TT⭑ for short) is a Gacha VA Project/Group for creating animated and voice acted content. The aim as of now is to create short skits (or what I'd like to call, vlogs) of the Characters to give the viewers an idea of the characters and the team, and later create a Series/Mini Movie (which will happen much, much later).
Main Story:
Joisu, a 16 year old girl gets to her 2nd Year at Tsunagaru Girls' High School. Throughout the year, she and her best friend, Lizzy, encounter other students at the school, from 1st Years to 3rd Years, to help with their problems or fears and to then become friends! Whilst the two help these 4 called students, Joisu and Lizzy have been working on something of their own... a singing group. One day, a video of them singing gets viral on GachaTube and the whole of Tsunagaru High finds out.
Reminder:
⭑ You must have Discord! The only way I am willing to get the team together is through Discord. Please, please consider this before auditioning. ⭑ All the work related to the team will be posted only on my channel! I am considering creating a Instagram account for the team depending how well this goes. For now, things will be announced on my Instagram.
⭑ All of the editing, story, animating and characters are by me, Joisu, so all I'm needing is Voice Actors for the characters and people who can look over the script and dish out ideas.
⭑ There are 6 characters in total (not including Joisu because well... I'm voicing her), so there is only: Bunsu, Alice, Mira, Lizzy, Maya and Cassie. Please make sure you read each of their lines and the description for them carefully to see whether or not you'd fit the character. For more on the characters, check out my Carrd and go onto the 'OC Cards' section!
⭑ This is a long-term project that only one person is working on in terms of creating the scripts and storyline. I can only do soo much as one person and for that I wish for those who are willing to take part in this group to consider whether or not they are 100% sure about taking part. I'm asking for you to have a lot of patience for this project and when I ask for work to get done, I expect it to be done.
⭑ For those that don't know what Gacha is, it is a character creator app with premade sprites to combine together and create well... a character! This is not frame by frame animation nor original art and is only based on keyframes and green screens.
⭑ You will have a certain amount of time to get your lines complete, but please find out and let me know before-hand anything that may come up and prevent you from finishing your lines (e.g on holiday, school)
⭑ Keep topics unrelated to the project outside of the project. I'm alright with the team talking about things of their own, but to some extent we don't need to know about your personal problems and troubles unless it may effect your activity working on the team.
For VA Auditions:
⭑ Send all recordings in .mp3 or .wav format.
⭑ Do no more than 2 takes per line.
⭑ Do not edit your audio except for normalization, compression and voice reduction.
⭑ Having a microphone isn't required, but is preferable.
⭑ Make sure your audio is clear with minimal background noise and no echo.
⭑ State your name/what you'd prefer to be called at the start of the audition.
⭑ Please include your Discord username and tag in your audition description.
⭑ If you wish to audition for more than one character, then please do- but consider if you think your voice suites the character your auditioning before doing so.
Other:
The deadline for ALL auditions will be September 11th, 2022, 23:59 BST but may end sooner depending on how successful these auditions will be. Keeping this in mind, if you're sure with everything above and are willing to take part in this project then please jump to the opportunity as soon as you can! I've had the idea of having voice actors for my character for a long time (when I say long, I mean it- because I've had this idea since October 2021) so if you want- please share this round to anyone who you think may be interested. - About The Role:
⭑ Role: I am the only person writing everything for the team as I just like it this way, though I do need someone to handle the role of overviewing the scripts for any mistakes that I've made or for some general ideas for the series/team

⭑ Personality: A bubbly, cute and hardworking girl - medium to high-pitched!
⭑ Role: Bunsu is mainly just a extra character for my channel, she's mostly her own character on a Secondary YouTube Channel I made, but she's here for voicing reports/updates and voicing anything in general (such as voice overs I don't want to do myself).
⭑ Info: Bunsu usually says 'bun~' as her exiting line, please pronouce it as 'byun' instead. An example of this would be of Ayumu Uehara from LoveLive Nijigasaki acting out as a bunny. Please keep this in mind when auditioning!

- About The Character:
⭑ Personallity: A artsy, honest and polite girl - medium-pitched!
⭑ Role: Alice is childhood friends with Mira and Cassie, she normally spends most of her time in the school's art room or at the library. She enjoys doing art, painting is her main media though. Alice gets introduced into the series through Lizzy, as she admits something that involved her two childhood friends 2 years ago that the students of Tsunagaru High is suddenly talking about now. What exactly is it though? Who knows!
⭑ Info: My thoughts of Alice is for her to be quite carefree and open minded, though she's quite reserved when you meet her. Please keep this in mind when auditioning!

- About The Character:
⭑ Personality: A serious, elegant and diligent girl - low to medium-pitched!
⭑ Role: Mira is the student council president of Tsunagaru Girls' High School and is currently in her final year. She has grown up in a upperclass household and is expected to take over her family's company in a few years time. 2 years ago, something happened between Mira and her friend Cassie and things got pretty messy... now the situation is being brought back due to Cassie showing up out of the blue and Mira having to explain it to Joisu- exactly why though?
⭑ Info: My thoughts of Mira is for her to be quite strict and that if she isn't doing anything at the very moment, then she'll think of herself as 'not being productive.' Please keep this in mind when auditioning!

- About The Character:
⭑ Personality: A upfront, talkative and chill girl - medium-pitched!
⭑ Role: Lizzy is in her second year of high school, along with Joisu. The two have known each other since they were young due to their parents being quite close to one another, ever since then, they’ve been inseparable. Lizzy enjoys photography and creating music- she’s even the photography club’s co-leader at Tsunagaru High! Throughout the series, Lizzy develops a jealousy problem towards a certain person as the friend group continues growing with more people she and Joisu encounter. What exactly will happen between these two and the mystery other one?
⭑ Info: My thoughts of Lizzy is for her to be quite relaxed, responsible and approachable. Depending who she's with though and what's happening at the current moment, she may act a bit defensive or contradict what people say to her. Please keep this in mind when auditioning!

- About The Character:
⭑ Personality: A caring, shy and reserved girl - medium to high-pitched!
⭑ Role: Maya tends to never volunteer for anything or partake in optional events at school due to her lack of confidence, so she usually stays at the cooking room 99% of the time. During the weekends, she helps out at her family's bakery as a way to help overcome her shyness- though it is her mother's idea. One day, Alice encounters Maya working at the bakery and due to a school project they have to do, the two end up having to work with one another. At first, neither of them are willing to open up, but slowly the two grow closer together and realise that they're actually quite similiar!
⭑ Info: My thoughts of Maya is for her to be quite shy, jumpy but supportive. She doesn't have the best social skills in the world and tries to avoid it as much as possible, but after getting to know her she'll be quite the chatterbox. Please keep this in mind when auditioning!

- About The Character:
⭑ Personality: A competetive, busy and bubbly girl - medium to high-pitched!
⭑ Role: Cassie is a upcoming famous model, fashion designer and content creator for her father's company and just recently came back to Tsunagaru High to continue her studies after being in Korea for a year to supposedly push her career. She likes to put up a cheery and self-centered personality to encourage those around her, though she isn't necessarily like this all the time. A situation that happened between her and Mira during their first year has been bought up to due to Cassie's return. With Cassie's reappearence at the school in her last year, what will happen between her and Mira and will we find out about their past?
⭑ Info: My thoughts of Cassie is for her to be quite full of herself, yet determinded and caring. Please keep this in mind when auditioning!
