This is for the role of Helen, the main narrator and protagonist of the story. After attending her father’s funeral, Helen discovers that she and her father are connected to a shadowy world where monsters are real and myths are true. While focused and level headed, Helen is susceptible to being overcome by the strange and unknown but quickly regains her wits.

This role is for “Uncle” Nick, a family friend of the main character who is secretly an agent of the Templars. Somewhat stoic, Nick meets danger with a slight smirk, and is the kind of secondary authority figure that shows up with sweets and fireworks when asked to baby-sit.
