System Strike [Sci-Fi Project] (Intervention finished) [Need New Voices]

Project Overview

IMPORTANT:

The Project is in the editing process.

Parts I-IV of Intervention are COMPLETE and uploaded to youtube

The System Strike Series is a series of movies filmed in Space Engineers.  Three major projects will be combined in this one casting call as many roles carry over.  These movies are the sequels to the Source&Davin movie, System Strike: Galactic Struggle.  The original movie used a few voice actors, such as Jessica Osborne, and General Sam.  While the project had some variety, the vast majority of the voice roles were done by two people.  For these movies, new characters have been created, and to add some variety, need new voices.  Actors can audition for as many roles as they want.

A summary of the plot [Contact]:

After the Second Galactic War was complete, both the G.F.E. and the P.C.L. were in shambles.  The entire cluster was set back, and the P.C.L. even disbanded.  Shortly before the end of the war, The Aerindicium alongside high officials of both sides, created a way to move past the cluster after learning the galaxy was much, much bigger.  The Planet Jumper was created, and was shipped off to be the first ship to hit the Jool-Lenus Relay into a new system, Dune.

The Planet Jumper crew colonized Dune, and the Jool and Lenus systems rebuilt.  Three years past the end of the Second Galactic war, and everything goes well, until the Planet Jumper punches in the wrong coordinates before hitting the relay.  Ending up in a new system, they meet aliens and learn of a much bigger galaxy.  They are attacked, and a new war begins.  To win the war, the T.X.S. alien faction contacts the G.F.E. and sides are chosen for the war.  Both sides want to activate Machine Race soldiers for their own gain and victory in the war, but something about them has a much deeper meaning.  They will find out.

Plot Summary [Intervention]:

As he is near retiring, a mysterious alien ship attacks and destroys Davin Hue's vessel.  With no help from the G.F.E., Davin is contacted by Wolf Cramer.  Cramer claims to know who attacked Davin's ship, and offers him a job to destroy them.  Receiving no help from the G.F.E., the small crew aboard the kaikohuru ship must recruit members from across the galaxy in order to take on the threat of the Sabre Corporation.  The Machine Race is activated.

Plot Summary [Arrival]:

After the destruction of Sabre Corp, the benefactor steps in for the Evasive Man.  The Galaxy still bickers on in a constant aggressive state with each other.  The Kaikohuru crew has a new mission: to unite as many forces as possible to defeat the Machine Race, who have begun their destruction of the Galaxy.

  • Project News - It's finished

Thanks for holding out with me throughout the 2 years I've had this on the back burner. I've felt burnt out, I've felt inspired, I've gone up and down. And especially recently I've had a lot happen in my life from meeting wonderful people, to losing a person vital to the system strike project So vital that I have to say I'm finished writing and recording scenes for these movies. I will still edit and throw them together as is, and I'll add commentary to them during the editing process. Since I am unable to properly finish this, I will birth something new from it when all is said and done. Something maybe a little less ambitious And with the new PC, it'll go smoother Thank you everybody for this, I really do appreciate it I'll send a final update with the links to the uploaded projects when I'm finished

Wolf Cramer

cast offsite

Due to the original voice actor falling off of the face of the earth, the important role of Wolf Cramer has opened.

Wolf is a member of the Planet Jumper initiative and has a long service record aboard various vessels. In System Strike: Intervention, he plays the important role of commanding the Kaikohuru ship, and being the XO for Davin. He procures a list of possible recruits and briefs Davin on who, where, and how to get the crew for their ship.

In Contact he plays a more reserved role.

Wolf has a Toronto (with Ukrainian ancestry) accent. He is seasoned, but still takes a youthful appearance and a blend of MiddleAge and YoungAdult voice.

  • It’s a great ship; it’s fast, it’s durable, and it’s stealthy. And I want you to help me command it.

  • When digging up intel on Sabre Corp we acquired this ship and a shit ton of information about a series of building projects. Among them was something called the Safalin. Your description matches up with his.

  • The eighth dimension is full of surprises, you of all people should know that. So why did you not see any of that coming?

Role is opened as original voice actor and I are no longer on speaking terms.

Timothy Sasha Mopar is a soldier for the GFE, but has some doubts. He has taken horrible orders from his commanding officer, Major Major, and has progressively gotten more angry with him and the GFE, as time went on.

The original plan was to have him betray the GFE and work with Jarak. This would be his role in Arrival.

For Intervention, he plays a little role aboard the Kaikohuru, while in Contact he's asked if he wishes to be a senator, which sets up his whole betrayal storyline.

His voice is somewhat nasally, but otherwise, any voice will do

  • So you expect me to go all the way to Cyra from here, then you want me to land on the moon, WALK my way to Drumpf tower's remains, stand on that bridge for three days, and then hike my way back here? Not happening.

  • Listen here you morbidly obese fuck, I'm sick of taking orders from you and your band of incompetent assholes. You're even more useless then when there was a senate.

  • I don’t like him. Ever since Davin meddled in the presidential election he vowed to destroy the damned senate. Quite frankly, I think it’s just a power grab. He put his own lover as the president and basically used some fine tooth combed fine print bullshit to make Hudson emperor instead of letting the democratic process go through.

  • The massive vessel is the largest space ship known in the Galaxy, housing three whole cities on various levels and has even more space for various things.

During the presidential elections of 6E 288-289, she was the vice-presidential candidate.  After a victory, the president resigned, automatically granting her the position of President of Sydonia.  Her main goal is to eliminate the senate from Sydonia, however has not been successful.

  • The damned senate keeps blocking everything I try to do on the grand scheme of things.

  • I'll support you in any way I can, but I'll probably get blocked.

  • As great as Hudson is, he's done jack shit about the Senate.  Instead, the old bastard relishes in his own power.
