Sweet Nightmares : Gacha Series
Project Overview
Warning: The story touches on topics of homophobia. It is not in the context of bullying, but I do know some people may be peeped by that knowledge.
Summary: Two girls whose personalities should class, but instead they mesh pretty well. Their sudden and blossoming friendship confuses some people, or angers others. Overall, life is smooth sailing, believing everything is platonic until one of them realizes their romantic feelings.
Auditioning: Provide me your age and discord user since that's the main way of communication. Add in days/times you are free, how fast you are with submitting lines, and if 10 days is enough to submit around 20 lines. Also if you have any triggers please let me know! The story is not psychological (it's a pretty lighthearted story) but it would help if there are topics you don't like that may be mentioned in the story. Either that, or any type of character archetype that you are uncomfortable with doing, example: an overbearing and emotionally abusive father. You can audition for as many characters as you like!
Casting: The main characters Ivy and Fae have a majority of the lines. Everyone doesn't have much lines in the story. So during casting I may select you for another character but to even it out you may get 2 or 3 characters.
Info: The series has 10 episodes, and the script is complete with all episodes in one google doc. Once roles are selected I'll share the document in a discord server and you can start sending in lines. I have deadlines in the document that stretches the project to about 4-5 months, but if you can submit them earlier I would love it!

Voice Actor
One of the Main Characters: Fae is 16 years old, she is also a junior at Kamiyama Highschool. Her voice is rather dry - not in a scratchy way - but she doesn’t convey much emotion. When she panics she talks really fast, and trust me, Fae panics a lot. Her voice is medium to slightly high, you can reference her voice to Cadence from My Little Pony, or any other characters with a similar voice. She does have an American accent, but I wouldn’t mind a small German accent when she’s angry, or full of emotions since both her parents are German. If you can’t do it, don’t force it - I’m cool with just an American accent for her.

One of the Main Characters: Ivy is a 17 year old girl, a junior at Kamiyama Highschool. Her voice is soft spoken, and when she yells her voice can get high pitched - otherwise her voice is medium to high. Ivy would ideally have a similar voice to Robin from Honkai Star Rail. I would also prefer if she had an American accent, specifically someone from the west NOT New Yorker.

She is 17 years old, a junior attending Kamiyama Highschool. Her voice is like Akemi from Blue Eyes Samurai. She is Brazilian, but has been speaking English for years. Lisa’s voice is medium to high. If you have added a slight Brazilian accent I wouldn’t mind. Held back a year because her and her parents are immigrants from Brazil. Lisa does NOT have a bubbly personality, she is just very optimistic. Lisa is always trying to find the best in people, being kind to everyone but not jumping around with so much energy.

She’s 16 years old, a junior attending Kamiyama Highschool. Voice is like Irina from classroom assassination Melanie’s voice is medium to low, she can be a little low or high it doesn’t matter. Think of a valley girl’s personality with her. Melanie likes to tease, but also loves being a smartass rightfully so. She is a nerd in disguise.

Giana can be a bit possessive with her friends, and is not afraid to say what’s on her mind or give her recommendation on what someone should do.

He’s 16 years old, a junior at Kamiyama Highschool. His voice is like Toge Inumaki from Jujutsu Kaisen. Leo’s voice is medium, but it can go a bit lower too. Typically only happens when he’s mad does his voice drop an octave. He is expressive around people he likes (Fae, Lisa, Ivy)- but can have a broodish or annoyed tone around others he hates (especially Jack). Leo has dry humor.

He has an American accent, but if you have a British accent I wouldn’t mind I suppose. He’s like your typical jock, he loves to tease and laugh (like a lot) throughout the story. He’s kind of there as a joke idk I don’t like him.
