Project Overview
It seemed to be yet another peaceful day on Monkey Island... But when somebody says that, you really can't expect it to be as peaceful as it usually is... An evil scientist monkey who goes by the name of Dr. Bad-Boon is an angry ape from the future who has traveled back to the present to cause real trouble for the Super Monkey Ball Team and the island villagers... He has sucked up and stolen every single banana on the island! AiAi, MeeMee, Baby, and GonGon all realize that they need to put a stop to the scientific mastermind's evil antics, but that's easier said than done... Will the Super Monkey Ball team all be able to withstand and outrun the courses and boobytraps that Dr. Bad-Boon has set up for them and collect back all the bananas that have been stolen?
(This is a non-profit fan-made cutscene dub made just for your entertainment and mine where the cutscenes from Super Monkey Ball 2 will be recreated with the characters talking in the English language. Everything Super Monkey Ball-related belongs to Sega. I do not own any cutscenes used in this Fandub project, nor am I affiliated with Sega in any way. These are just made for fun! This Cutscene Fandub movie will be uploaded to my YouTube Channel. You'll need a decent-sounding microphone if you want to audition for this project. By desktop or phone, it really doesn't matter, as long as there's little to no background noise, no mic popping, and no static when you audition.

AiAi is the leader of the heroic Super Monkey Ball Team. Despite his young age and scatterbrained personality, AiAi always knows what's best for the crew, usually making pretty reliable decisions that help him and the team greatly! As you can imagine, AiAi is a monkey who is an absolute HARDCORE fanatic of bananas. AiAi loves his bananas so much, that it's pretty rare for him to stop thinking about them for at least a minute or two! His heart is just about as gigantic as his appetite for bananas too, always willing to try everything that he and his team can to make every good-natured monkey happy! He can be a bit of a hothead at times, but that mostly comes down to the fact that he shows his anger when things don't turn out for his gang at times, especially when it's a mistake that leads to the bad monkeys making their escape!
For AiAi's voice, I'm looking for a high-pitched male-child voice. I'm actually looking for female V.As who can do children's voices, just like in the video game or cartoon voiceovers, or young male actors who still have their high-pitched child voice of their own for this role. Sorry, adult males.

(Angry) Grrrrr... Dr. Bad-Boon, you just don't know when to retire, do you? You won't get away with this! You should realize by now that we always find a way to put a wrench into your evil plans!

MeeMee is the young female monkey who brings the charm and beauty to the Super Monkey Ball Team. MeeMee has a huge crush on AiAi who appears to feel the same way... But MeeMee believes that AiAi loves bananas WAY more than her, a possibility which she gets annoyed about, but is also still respectful about it too. To bring glamour and beauty into the team, you gotta dress up and look as gorgeous and sweet as you can, at least that's the way MeeMee sees it, so MeeMee always makes sure that she decorates herself with the sweetest smelling flowers before she goes on an adventure with the gang. MeeMee has a deep fondness for them, and is always happy to pick out some that she sees that are free for the taking in order to find new ways of looking as stylish and sweet as her kind-hearted personality!
For MeeMee's voice, I'm looking for a high-pitched female child or preteen voice.

(Angry) AiAi, how could you?! I was out there in the open, getting an unwanted face-lift by all of these angry wasps, and all you could do is just carry on sitting there, eating all your stupid bananas?!

The infant monkey of tomorrow, Baby was a young ape sent from the future in order to team up with the Super Monkey Ball gang and help protect them from any dangerous threats, and the reasoning behind that is almost mind-blowing, actually! Because believe it or not, this futuristic monkey is actually the child of AiAi and MeeMee in a future time where they both got married and lived together... and gave birth to this bouncing baby-boy in the process! Baby mostly acts like the young little toddler he is, except that he is way more intelligent than an average one and cries very rarely... But watch out, though! When the unthinkable does happen, there's only one monkey that will be able to calm him down... When the waterworks turn on for Baby, you'd better hope that MeeMee is in the picture to do the job and calm the young ape down!
For Baby's voice, I'm looking for a female voice actor who can do a young high-pitched male voice with baby pronunciation.

Dr. BadBoon is being a vewy bad monkey wight now! I tink we need to punish him and put him into twime out so he can wearn his wesson!

The brawn of the Super Monkey Ball Team, GonGon was a former gorilla king, mostly responsible for all the Jungle Island banana heists that he led with his gorilla troops. He used to cause all SORTS of trouble for AiAi and the townsmonkeys of the island... But it seems as though yesterday's enemy somehow became today's friend, as GonGon ended up turning over a new leaf and putting all his differences with AiAi aside. Now he's almost always on the same page with the Super Monkey Ball team, but that still doesn't mean he's the most likable one of the bunch. GonGon still has his rowdy, rebellious self-centered personality, and doesn't tolerate NOBODY telling him what to do unless they're part of his team! GonGon's favorite catchphrase is: "If it ain't broke, smash it!", which is where his strong physique comes into play. GonGon gets his big strength and powerful muscles from working out and training hard almost every day. It is GonGon's dream to be the most powerful monkey in the world and is very enthusiastic and ambitious about that dream!

Evil Dr. Bad-Boon was driven to the dark side by jealousy. You see, as with Baby, he too is an ape from the distant future, and he LOVED MeeMee as much as MeeMee loved AiAi! But after being rejected by his crush on a proposal to go out on a date, MeeMee left Dr. Bad-Boon high and dry and chose to go out with AiAi instead, her only true love... After that, Dr. Bad-Boon's personality and heart turned even more cold and bitter than usual, and after finding out that both MeeMee and AiAi ended up getting married and gave birth to a son later on, Bad-Boon's spite and fury became too much for him to bare... He decides that enough is enough, and has time-traveled back to the present day to take out all of his frustrations on Monkey Island. Dr. Bad-Boon's always willing to come up with the next evil scheme that could ruin AiAi and MeeMee's happy future together and aims to do just that by stealing all the bananas in Monkey Island, building look-alike robots to frame the Super Monkey Ball team, and even using marriage blackmail on MeeMee for extra leverage!
For Dr. Bad-Boon's voice, I'm looking for a male medium-pitched adult voice with any accent you think an evil scientific mastermind like him should have.
