Mario is an oblivious, impulsive idiot who rarely thinks things through before acting. He's generally pretty casual, even when the situation absolutely does not call for it. His solutions to problems are often ridiculous, his attention span isn't the greatest, and he can go from completely relaxed to screaming in seconds. Despite his stupidity, he isn't necessarily malicious; he just has a spectacular lack of common sense. His delivery should feel natural and conversational most of the time, with exaggerated reactions when the situation calls for them.
