Star Hotel (Minecraft Java Roleplay)
Project Overview
Main Story
Star Hotel is at first a simple hotel for all sorts of guests to come and stay at. Though the wacky staff make the guests almost always have a bad stay. Though sometimes the guests may be just as wacky or more as the staff. Charlie recently got a job as a assistant manager and meets the other staff and even befriends some. Though after some time Charlie discovers that there is more to this place then then what the CEO wanted everyone to know.
Rules
Must Handle 10+ Mods
I will use at least 10 mods for this rp to reduce lag so people who can't handle as many can join! If you can handle more then 10 mods then that is preferable. If you can't handle mods then consider not auditioning.
Put Discord in your audition
Please add your discord account to your audition! it is our main source of communication and where we will meet up to record! If you want to audition and don't have discord then I suggest you get it!
Decent Microphone
Obviously audition with a good enough mic! If your microphone doesn't work or its not that great then you won't really be considered. Examples of things I don't want are Background noise, Echo, Static, etc.
Respect
We don't welcome Racism, Sexism, Homophobic or Transphobic insults, or anything else that can be offensive! We love and support all! More specifically we will have lgbtq characters in this rp.
If you audition and don't meet the requirements then you will be recasted immediately! We consider Honesty to be the best policy!

Alex is a normal guy who often finds himself uncomfortable around the more crazy workers. Though he gets comfortable around Charlie quick since Charlie seems to be pretty normal. Alex is quiet knowledgeable and loves video games. He is strong willed and often doesn't let things get to him. He works as a janitor because it's what he can do due to the fact that his parents don't accept that he likes guys.
(Calm) Hey! I'm Alex! Nice to meet you!
(Calm/Jokingly) Yeah, Just about every person in this place is crazy in some way or annoying. You seem chill though!
(Cheerful/Serious) I believe that everyone has beauty inside them even if it's hard to see! And I see the beauty in you too!
Barb is a tired and lazy worker which is why she took the job as receptionist. She could care less about anything that goes on in the hotel. Every worker is either annoying or annoying. Though she does have one weakness... celebrities. She is a big fan girl and often aims for them to have the best stay at the hotel.
(Annoyed) Yeah Yeah.. I'm Barb! Now Scram!
(Annoyed) Keep the noise down will you! I am not afraid to have your removed!
(Happy/Ecstatic) Omg! My favorite celebrity! Your here! I could literally die right now!
Cara is the head manager and the only manager for the hotel this is why she requested a assistant. She mostly goes by HR since she works closely with the staff and guests. She is very strict and hates rule breakers. She follows the hotel rules more then anyone so sometimes staff and guests have to be sneaky if they wish to break them. Cara holds grudges and often gets more mad then disappointed. Though she can get disappointed on staff she had high hopes for.
(Calm) Hello! Welcome to Star Hotel! I'm Cara! I hope you enjoy your stay!
(Serious) Hey! You know the rules! I'd suggest you stop now before you break them!
(Annoyed/Disappointed) You broke so many rules yesterday! And to think I thought you would be different then others!
Chef Bruno is the Head Chef of the hotel. He is usually greedy and often scams the guests for money. When money is involved he's the first to show up. Even though he has his flaws he is a excellent chef with the most amazing of food. Though he is so greedy he doesn't let anyone but extremely rich guests or friends eat it. That doesn't stop him from yelling at Rosa for burning food though.
(Annoyed) I''m Chef Bruno the greatest cook of all time- that is if money is involved!
(Serious/Rude) My Kitchen! My Food! You aren't gonna have any unless your willing to pay for it!
(Cheerful/Ecstatic) Money!! I am the happiest person alive! Gimme it all!
Milo is a stereotypical hot guy on the outside. Though he is a kind soul on the inside. He often fights with Rosa easily since he himself does have a ego. They like to see who's better but he does treat many people nicely. Only on the rare occasion he dislikes certain people. He also dislikes his dad more then anyone since his dad tried to force him into a business lifestyle.
(Calm/Happy) Hey! I'm Milo! It's always cool getting new staff!
(Annoyed) Chill out bro! There are more more important things to worry about but wouldn't you rather live in the moment then stay scared forever?
(Scared) W-What was that!? A g-ghost!? I don't wanna dieeeeeee!!!
James is the CEO of Star Hotel and mostly stays in his office on the top floor though on the occasion he will come down to pay the staff and guests a visit. That or the staff come to him with a problem. He is relatively child like and sometimes the guests wonder how he is CEO. Sometimes he can even be mischievous. He often doesn't care for rules but one. Don't go in the basement.
(Cheerful) Welcome friends! I'm James! I hope you enjoy your long stay at Star Hotel!
(Annoyed/Serious(Even a little scary) What are you doing? Back away from the door.
Cheerful/Giggly) Hehe.. I don't get what the big deal is? Everyone is just so happy that they never wanna leave our hotel? Don't you want everyone to be happy? hehe
Gran MeMe is the sweetest maid you will ever meet. She is so kind and caring but everyone has their problems. She is too pure and often doesn't know about darker or more adult conversations or words. She can also be quiet forgetful and forget to do things, forget who some guests are, and forget where she put things. She also doesn't know many modern things. Though something her granddaughter taught her that she loves is memes.
(Cheerful) Hello sweaty! I'm Gran MeMe! It's a pleasure to meet you!
(Kind) Would you like some cookies sweaty? They're fresh from the oven!
