Cara is the head manager and the only manager for the hotel this is why she requested a assistant. She mostly goes by HR since she works closely with the staff and guests. She is very strict and hates rule breakers. She follows the hotel rules more then anyone so sometimes staff and guests have to be sneaky if they wish to break them. Cara holds grudges and often gets more mad then disappointed. Though she can get disappointed on staff she had high hopes for.
