James is the CEO of Star Hotel and mostly stays in his office on the top floor though on the occasion he will come down to pay the staff and guests a visit. That or the staff come to him with a problem. He is relatively child like and sometimes the guests wonder how he is CEO. Sometimes he can even be mischievous. He often doesn't care for rules but one.
