In honour of the new Spice and Wolf series being created, I'm working on a cover of the original ending song "Ringo Biyori/The Wolf Whistling Song", as featured in the 2008 anime!
Hey there, I make music under the name A Shiba! I've been playing and recording music since 2014. Being a fan of Spice and Wolf for many years, I wanted to honour the new series "Spice and Wolf: Merchant Meets the Wise Wolf" with this cover.

Acceptable audio quality (e.g. no static, popping, peaking/clipping, minimal background noise)
Actor must be of legal working age in their respective state/province, as the role is paid
Submit only as .wav or .mp3 files, any other filetype will be ignored

You singing a scale in the key of G major, up and down the octave
A few lines from any portion of the song--please don't do the entire song, it will not be used for the final product
- Nice to have in audition -
If possible, imitate the tone of voice in the original Rocky Chack version. Putting your own spin on it could be fun too, though--surprise me!
A 15-20 second excerpt of a previous vocal performance you've done! Doesn't need to be much, just something representative of what you're capable of.

Basic knowledge comping and editing vocals
If selected, you will be provided with the following
A full backing track, no lead vocals
A full backing track, midi piano doing vocal line
Upon request you can receive stems or ask for certain changes to the mix. I'll work closely with you to get the best performance possible, the mixing/mastering will be done by me. All you need to do is sing!
Please note, this is a project just for fun. For full disclosure, I will more than likely upload this cover to Bandcamp, where one can do a minimum payment or pay-what-you-want model. Of course you will be properly credited and I will be happy to share your website and socials where due.
I do not make a significant enough amount of revenue on music to warrant negotiating royalties. If by some stroke of luck this changes drastically, we can negotiate something.
