Sonic: Terrasphere (Audio Drama)
Project Overview
Sonic: Terrasphere is a brand-new audio drama that combines all aspects of the Sonic the Hedgehog canon into a new story. Join Sonic, Shadow, and Silver as they band together to protect the world from the biggest threat they've faced yet!
This project will have audible violence and mild swearing. You must be 18 and over to participate.

Sonic the Hedgehog is the main character of the Terrasphere Audio Drama. He is a cocky, brash hero who secretly harbors quite a bit of self-deprecation for his failures. He always cracks jokes and is outwardly optimistic to cover these flaws.
This iteration of Sonic takes inspiration from all of Sonic's past voice roles. In particular: Roger Craig Smith, Jason Griffith, and Devon Mack.

(angered) If anyone isn't okay, then you better hope you can run faster than me.
(calm) That's why we gotta live life to the fullest in the time we have. At least, that's what I figure.
Shadow the Hedgehog is the deuteragonist of the Terrasphere Audio Drama. After being trapped in White Space for several years, Shadow is even more lost and unsure of himself than before. He is soft-spoken yet quick to outbursts, and is trying to become better for others.
His voice should be a mix of Ian Hanlin, David Humphrey, and Jason Griffith.

(sorrowful) Stop it. That life was taken from me long ago...
(annoyed) Hardly. I am the Ultimate Life-form.
Silver the Hedgehog is a very meek young man, who has been catapulted into the past to prevent a horrible future from occurring. He latches onto people very quickly, and he is socially awkward, often stuttering and laughing nervously if he's unsure. However, when he gets serious, he is almost unstoppable.
Try to pull from Bryce Papenbrook and Pete Capella's performances of the character.
(angry) It's no use! Take this!
(determined) I’m going to change the future with my own hands.
(defeated) Despair is a luxury we don’t have.
Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik is a genius who is at his wit's end. Years of trying to conquer Mobius and constantly being thwarted by a blue hedgehog have made him a rather pessimistic man. Despite this, he grasps at straws, and his pride leaves him one step ahead of his adversaries before the game begins.
Of course, try to sound like Mike Pollock's performance if possible.

(prideful) I'm the one who should rule this world!
(irritated) You're not in a position to demand ANYTHING, you nasty little pincushion!
Miles "Tails" Prower is a young fox who has figured out the key to his confidence. Now grown up a bit more, he's content to keep himself at the pace he's at. However, anxieties do eat at him, and he feels like he must prove himself constantly to keep the worries at bay.

(determined) I've changed a lot since I started hanging with Sonic, but I can't depend on him forever. I know I can do this by myself!
(proudly) Fixing a propeller on a biplane? That's about as difficult as taking a nap.
(amused) Only Sonic the Hedgehog needs rescuing this much!
Amy Rose is a strong, independent young lady who's figuring herself out. After spending most of her time worrying about others, she's finally taking time to herself— but of course, that's when the world needs her help the most! Excitable and cute, she always makes time for her friends no matter what.
A performance like Lisa Ortiz is most preferred.

(excited) Found you Sonic! I've been looking for you forever!
Knuckles the Echidna is the stalwart guardian of the Master Emerald. He's quite paranoid since Rouge stole the Emerald out from under his nose, but tries to remain lighthearted for his close friends. He hardly ever leaves Angel Island these days, but secretly misses the company.

(annoyed) Afraid? I'm not afraid of anything!
(content) I'll probably be on this floating island forever, guarding the Master Emerald once again.
(contemplative) It's not that dreams don't come true. We just give up on them.
Rouge the Bat is a highly critiqued government agent for G.U.N., working in their C.L.I.P. division. Having left her jewel thieving days behind her, Rouge only strives to dismantle what she sees as needless greed and give back to the public. Of course, a few tokens of gratitude wouldn't hurt, and her sultry sweet voice certainly helps in that regard.

Elise the Third is the young princess regnant of Soleanna. From a young age she was told to keep herself in check at all time, especially when it comes to emotions. Therefore she has difficulty socializing and often forces her true feelings down until, one day, she'll burst. Despite this, she remains elegant and polite in how she addresses others.

(remorseful) This is where everything began. Who knew such a tiny flame could bring such devastation?
(regal) I cannot allow harm to come to my people.
Longclaw the Giant Owl is a wise Babylonian owl, and a mentor figure to Sonic. She knows more than she lets on, but often keeps things secret anyway to preserve the innocence of those she cares about.

(foreboding) You have a power unlike anything I've ever seen, and that means someone will always want it.
(caring) You have a heart like no creature I've ever known. I love you so much.
A mysterious figure. He's cocky and brash, hardly ever thinking before he acts.
(entertained) Just blowing off some steam! Fighting these slowpokes for hours on end is boring.
(determined) Heheh, guess we better get to it. Together now!
(serious) Stop? Have you met me?
A mysterious figure. He's cold and serious to the point he shuts out all distractions.
(annoyed) You don’t want to anger them any more than they already are! What if they grow empowered by your taunting?
(uneasy) Our forms… I can feel the energy running out.
(despaired) I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. I pray this is enough.
A mysterious figure. He is very sure of himself, but always remains on the side of common sense.
(resolute) I swore to never do this… but I have no choice.
(semi-sarcastic) Forgive me, but expending countless waves of energy to stop an alien onslaught from descending onto the planet through our blind spots is… demanding.
Uncle Chuck is the kind-hearted and experienced uncle of Sonic the Hedgehog. Wise beyond his years, he plays up the image of a cheerful old grandpa that loves making chili dogs. However, in times of dire need, he will become the serious soldier he once was.
(delighted) I missed you too, Sonnie. Still good lookin' and always cookin', eh Sonnie boy?
(sagely) There's a lot more to life than just running through it.
Jules is Sonic's relaxed father. After recovering from an accident early in his life, Jules has strived to stop and enjoy life while it lasts. He's supportive and chill in the way he speaks to others.
(relaxed) Don't worry. This old man of yours still has a few tricks.
(appalled) Slow down, why don't you? Life's an adventure, not a race!
Bernie is Sonic's endearing mother... well, maybe she's a little too endearing. Nevertheless, she always brings a spunky attitude to any social gathering, and while she talks faster than she thinks, Bernie appreciates each and every loved one she has.
(motherly) Don't worry. I'm with you every step of the way.
(excited) You got this baby! YOU GOT THIS!
A mysterious, ancient evil. He is cold and calculated in how he speaks, acting as though he knows all, but will let himself loose in fits of rage when what he wants is just out of reach.
(pleased) Oh how ironic fate can be!I would never have believed I would be resurrected through YOUR shade.
(bored, yet contemplative) You must realize now that you cannot hope to stop me with your... limited power.
(desperate) No! I want to EXIST!!!
A computer scientist at Thorndyke Industries, she's currently traveled to Soleanna for work. Armed with just knowledge and one of the most advanced mobility chairs built, she is curious and eager to meet new people. A young adult woman, Helen has a soothing yet easily excitable voice— as she's secretly a bit of an adrenaline junkie.
(While it is not required, having a disabled voice actress for the character is preferred.)
(in wonder) My father says it's filled with the most beautiful flowers. All different kinds.
(overjoyed) I feel so alive! I never thought somebody like me could have such an adventure!
(teasingly) I'm a much better driver, and never even got a parking ticket, which is more than I can say for you.
A haughty albeit knowledgable talking sword. Caliburn's voice should be that of a stereotypical, chivalrous knight with a thick English accent.

Rob is a young adult male who speaks in a Liverpool accent. He sounds quite tired and almost hopeless in his manner of speech, but he has an air of whimsy that comes out at emotional moments.

The gracious queen of Avalon. She has a motherly tone, but she sounds strained at times.

(quietly angry) Too much pride can be a terrible trap.
A haughty girl and Aleena's eldest daughter. She speaks with a slightly nasally valley girl accent.

Queen Aleena's youngest son. He speaks with a hippie-esque tone of voice and has a bleating laugh.

Lah is a mysterious figure that resides within Spagonia. She's a bit lovestruck and dreamy, but also holds an air of melancholy for things left unsaid.
You may give her either a light Italian or Spanish accent. If neither is doable, then an American one is fine.
