Sonic: Save Our Souls (S.O.S) Game
Project Overview
Sonic: Save Our Souls (S.O.S) Is an indie fangame project inspired by the iconic creepypasta sonic.exe but puts a unique spin on it. The game begins with a random chance of either Sonic, Knuckles or Tails being possessed by an entity and through gameplay, the player has to figure out who it is. Depending on who it is, their actions depend on the character. For example Sonic uses hallucinations and scare tactics/plays with his food. Knuckles, you fight head-on and Tails will be absent, relying on his technology to do the deed. However, there is another aspect to their abilites which is the main spotlight of the game as they can eat/absorb the characters and take their abilities and even gain physical aspects of them aswell. There will be multiple endings depending on who you let get absorbed (you can save them if you win the minigames) so multiple voicelines may be recorded.
The game is made by one person so please be patient in how long this will take to develop! However if you are willing to help with development work that'd be much appreciated
IMPORTANT!!!! PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT TO APPLY FOR ANY ROLES!:
-There will be screaming/horrific screaming required from the VAs so please be prepared to make those type of sounds! Also it will get pretty emotional so in your auditions you may display different emotions such as anger, happiness, sadness, fear etc. please dont be shy to show intense emotions!
-Absolutely ZERO AI! Especially with the artwork, I am an artist myself and despise AI, your submission will not be considered if you are found to be using it.
-Communication can happen through discord/email but discord is preferred (however if i really like your submission I will be willing to use email) but anything other than those two means I most likely wont be considering sorry.
-Also for the VA roles, a clear mic is very much preferred.

Prefer the sonic boom sonic voice but feel free to submit any interpretation!

Miles "Tails" Prower, Sonic's trusty sidekick! A genius who always invents new technology. Looking for a voice similiar to the sonic boom tails but feel free to submit any interpretation!

Not really looking for a dumb bimbo-type version like in sonic boom, hes a bit more serious thus a deeper voice. Also not looking for the voice/accent he had in the sonic movies. Unsure what a good reference is so feel free to do your best impression!

!!(IMPORTANT): The cutscene animation won't be pixel art!! It's like the clean lineart artstyle shown in the profile of each character in the voice acting roles.

Looking for someone that makes pixel map backgrounds, artstyle should be like the original sonic games. Also make sure you know how to cut the map into boxes so I can build it up in the actual game. I can provide examples of what I mean by the boxes!
