INTRODUCTION
Greetings, everyone! My name is Corrin and I'm the Lead Writer/Director of "Skyfell: A Smash Bros. Story." In 2018, we released the first season of the series, which chronicles an original adventure set within the many beloved worlds of Nintendo's greatest games. After a long hiatus, we're finally ready to return with a brand new season that continues the adventures of Zelda, Pit, and countless others as they journey across the universe in search of the mystical Smash Ball, a relic capable of granting anyone who obtains it a single wish.
OVERVIEW
"Skyfell: A Smash Bros. Story" is a multi-chapter audio drama series focusing on Hollywood-style audio mixing and storytelling, taking inspiration from blockbusters such as "Rouge One: A Star Wars Story." Set in a universe where the rulers of each Nintendo world are part of an alliance lead by Palutena (the Goddess of Light), Skyfell follows the story of a young Princess Zelda and her journey to stop the forces of evil from conquering the realms.

DEADLINES AND AUDITIONS
All actors/actresses must have a clear microphone or decent enough microphone so any unwanted noise can be removed in post-production. Make sure to have a pop filter to avoid any pops, clicks, or hissing! Because of the nature of this project, a lot of emotion is required from our actors. This means, you should be able to yell, scream, cry, shout, or be as flexible as possible when it comes to your emotional range. If you are cast and would like to set up a live recording session, we can make accommodations to help you.
When auditioning, please make sure your auditions are saved via .mp3 or .wav format!
REACHING OUT
The team and I communicate via Discord through our own server. If you are cast, having a Discord account would be greatly appreciated but isn't necessary. Being able to email lines and recorded dialogue will also suffice. But if you'd like to get to know your fellow cast members, having Discord will benefit you greatly! Should you have any questions about the project as a whole, feel free to DM me and I will respond as soon as I can!

Samus Aran is an intergalactic bounty hunter and the main character of the Metroid series. In Skyfell, Samus is portrayed as more of an anti-hero, having previously served as a champion for Palutena's council. At the start of the series, it's revealed that Samus is in league with the main villain of our piece. Her reasons for betraying the council are unknown at first, but are later found out over the course of the story.
I take it you've never met a bounty hunter before. I don't work to save others. I do what I have to.
Alright. You wanna do this the hard way? I warned you.
Ghirahim didn't give me a choice! It was kill or let the only man I called father be killed. What would you have done?
Known across the cosmos as the "cunning god of death," Ridley is the infamous leader of the Space Pirates and Samus' arch nemesis. In an effort to further his influence over the realms, the villainous Master Hand recruits Ridley and the space pirates early on in the season with the hope of finding the Smash Ball before Zelda and the other warriors of light. Malicious, cruel, and devious, Ridley will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, even if it means killing his own allies.
Oh, great Master Hand. Ridley lives to serve.
(chuckles) Samus Aran! My old adversary.
Foolish child. You think a tiny sword can kill a GOD like ME?!
Master Hand is an omnipotent being with incredible power and one of the most recognizable characters from the Smash Bros. universe. His origins are unknown and his intentions are even more of a mystery. In Skyfell, Master Hand is our main villain and Ghirahim's master.
You have done well, Ghirahim. But it is still not enough. The Smash Ball continues to elude us and though you have succeeded in spreading my influence, the council continues to thwart our efforts.
Silence! Do not forget that you whimpered back to me after a humiliating defeat! No… I see now that gathering the necessary energy to form the Smash Ball will take more than just one accomplice. Fear not, Ghirahim. For you shall be spared this day. But I will not accept any more failures. And to make certain you do not fail, I’ve enlisted the help of another ally.
The scaly villain of Crocodile Isle, King K. Rool is Donkey Kong's nemesis and ruler of the Kremlings. Having attempted multiple times to thwart Donkey Kong and his friends, K. Rool is given the opportunity of a lifetime when Samus crash lands into Donkey Kong's world. Although he is a powerful foe, K. Rool isn't the brightest tool in the shed. Despite this, he has grand plans for his newfound enemies and enjoys his role as a villain far more than he lets on.
Well well well. What, kind of horrid looking creature are you supposed to be?
How bold of you to address me as such. But you’ll soon see why I RULE this kingdom! Kremlings! Take her aboard the ship! I believe it's time we set sail for… Crocodile Isle. (laughs then transitions to full-blown cackle)
