Secrets of Zippo's WunderFunland
Project Overview
So, don’t just sit down bored at home and be so bored all the time, come to a place none other than an amusement park unlike any other that’s right near and so close to you right now; Zippo’s WunderWorld Amusement! That’s me, the host with the most!
Secrets of Zippo's WunderFunland is an upcoming cinematic styled/analog-horror series, focusing on the mysteries and lost media surrounding a now-defunct and abandoned theme park in the southeast of Portland, Oregon, owned by questionable staff and partner companies throughout the early 80s to mid-90s. From behind the scenes, behind closed doors; from incidents surrounding attraction/ride failures, supposed animatronic tampering, paranormal activity, murders and drama, and lingering occult and cult minds in the business will soon be revealed.
This series combines real-world (found footage/unfiction) and animation, as well as being a psychologically driven horror/drama on top of that.

- Please read the description(s) of your choice of character before auditioning to get the voice and mannerisms I want out of the character in question. Also link any socials along with your Discord in case you do get picked for the role once the deadline is up.
- Please have at least good mic quality; even though the audio of the video is slightly compressed due to VHS standards, I still want the voice lines to be good enough so they'll be heard at least clearly in the video.
- Take these auditions seriously, please.

The cartoon lead spokesperson and mascot of Zippo's WunderFunland; the self-proclaimed leader of the fictional Zipsters group. Although sometimes short-tempered in frustrating situations surrounding antics with the group, he tries to keep everything under wraps and control, and tries to be as kind-hearted and animated as he can be, whilst competing for Cassie's affection.
Must be able to put on a confident-sounding yet sorta natural cartoony voice, while maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below, and also to be able to sing as well in said voice.

It’s me, the one and only, Zippo the Dog, and boy; oh boy, do me and my friends have something good cooked up and ready to spice up your summer vacation this year! So, attention, especially moms and dads! (excited; ecstatic)
Ev’rybody sid-down; places, yada-yada-yada, you get the point! Now, I’m very proud of all of you; you all did a great job out there today, as per usual; y’know, entertaining those kiddies and their families and all; ahem…, especially me. (proud yet sarcastic)
Gosh, if I had a nickel for every time something always goes wrong a day in my life, I’d be taking a one way ticket to a Hawaii getaway vacation! So…, still no sign of Webber, huh? (annoyed)
A gator born from the southernmost bayous with a signature redneck-like accent, he's nature's best friend. Former part-time farmer with a countryside point-of-view, he constantly brings an active yet laid-back mindset to the great outdoors, although it often leads the gang astray into all sorts of perilous adventures on accident.
He's also at times Zippo's "sidekick" or "partner-in-crime" in some situations as a duo pair. Also in the love war with Zippo for Cassie as well.
Must be able to put on a redneck-sounding southern cartoony voice (think stereotypical cartoon farmer), while maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below, and also to be able to sing as well in said voice.

A horse with a creative mind of her own; the "mother-figure" of the group, a little more of a role-model than Zippo than he tends to think he is. She's crafty, artsy, and eager to help those in need when they need it; she's always at your service. Zippo and Chompy have a crush on her, but sassy as it may seem, she's not afraid to give them both a piece of her mind when things go out of hand (wack if you will) to gain her love and trust.
Must be able to put on an 80s Saturday Morning cartoon woman character-like voice, while maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below, and also to be able to sing as well in said voice.

Smart thinkin’. We’ve gotta find out what’s happened to him, or whoever schmuck’s involved, that is… (determined yet serious)
Yeah, sure totally. I’ll bet ya’ right now he’ll probably be back in the meeting room tomorrow for breakfast, trust me. Everything’s gonna turn out good in the end, I’ll give you my word. Cross my heart. (reassuring)
Oh goodness gracious me! Zippo, what are we going to do? They could be in grave danger right now! Who knows what's happened to them by now! (scared)
A laid-back lion akin to the one who sleeps (tonight), but one who somehow can't catch a break on the sneezing and the sniffling (hence the name). Although mildly slow to catch onto most things, he knows the ways around the world and is overall a very kind-hearted member to all the others, when he's awake that is.
Must be able to put on a slightly semi-nasally yet naturally flowing cartoony voice, while maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below, and also to be able to sing as well in said voice.

Well, yes, technically, but maybe if you came back in time, you could at least enjoy some… *yawn*, rest and relaxation along the water… (slightly annoyed yet tired)
N-oh…, come on now, Zippo, you don’t have to make me feel that bad about something I can’t control, y’know? (a little sad; embarrassed)
Could they be sleeping right now? I mean, gosh, it… it WAS a long, tiring day today out in business and all. Maybe they're just tired or something and need to snooze. You do realize it’s the evening, y’know. (casual)
The main spotlight of his many circus shows, as well as playing part and tagging along with Zippo and his crew, and knows how to put laughter and fun into effect when times come, and how to bring a sad scene into sunny skies. Although mainly a clown as his job, he has smarts and knows the situational 411 to put Zippo in his place when things get rough between him and other group members.
Must be able to put on an exaggerated expressive yet self-controlled cartoony voice, while maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below, and also to be able to sing as well in said voice.

Yeah, he really is! He’s better at telling good ol’ jokes than even some of my clown acts. I mean, are clowns meant to be funny anyway these days? I mean, all people do nowadays is get the heebie jeebies whenever they see one around. It just makes me mad that I put so much time and effort into nothing but a perilous panic of the masses. (expressive)
What’re you lookin’ at me for? I’m not the criminal here, Isaac Newton! (slightly irritated)
Sorry guys, I couldn’t find him. I even had his favorite snack with me; a fruit salad. He would have come running miles for it at the speed of a high-powered sonic boom. He's definitely missing for sure. (disappointed)
A loudmouth former captain who exaggerates his experiences sailing on the seven seas quite frequently, despite having done none of that since forever ago. He constantly causes and uproars most of the conversation inside the group, until it escalates a little too far. Despite being a bossypants and sometimes the "elephant in the room", he still sometimes tries to have a heart when times get tough for the other members.
Must be able to put on a on-and-off loudmouth stereotypical cartoon pirate voice, while maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below, and also to be able to sing as well in said voice.

Ayy, look at crabby Cassie bein’ as salty as usual- (angry; sarcastic)
The oldest, tallest and biggest of the group. Fishing extraordinare and master cook with a big appetite at best, according to the crew, he's a big ol' hunk of joy with a huge heart wanting the best out of everyone in the group, and always knows the best solution when skies are grey.
Must be able to put on a excited-to-relaxed (situational) flowing deepish cartoony voice (mannerisms similar to Foghorn Leghorn), while maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below, and also to be able to sing as well in said voice.

The youngest, smallest and shyest member of the group. She finds it hard to express things and sometimes can't put feelings into words, but luckily the group is there to help out. She's quiet and often quite knowledgable about certain topics, as well as stylish and fashionable in her own way. She may be silent on occasion but she's gifted nonetheless.
Must be able to put on a shyish teenish adult sounding voice, while maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below, and also to be able to sing as well in said voice.

Heh, thanks. I knew I could count on you, Cassie. You’re always the helpful and caring one of the bunch. (thankful)
They were probably kicked out of the park at that point too, huh; good riddance. (irritated)
Hush now, little ones, I'm going to tell you a story. (calm)
An old and more mysterious character predating the Zipsters' creation back in the really late 1920s to early 1930s as a part of Herald Animation Studios' big success period during the Great Depression, before their eventual bankruptcy and closure years later.
Must be able to put on:
- old: a slightly Mickey-esque voice (thinking based on the short Mickey's Choo Choo)
- new: a timid yet kept-cool voice
While maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below.

Do you wanna be friends? (excited)
An old and rotting doll of said cartoon character, supposedly haunted by something far more fearful and knows information out of reach of the average human mind, it proclaims. It speaks with both a high-pitched and low-pitched voice on top of each other.
Must be able to put on a dull monotone yet slightly (realistically) haunting voice whilst slightly doing his cartoon (old) voice in the mix too, whilst maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below.

Don’t worry about a thing; I wasn’t the hidden perpetrator of such heinous crime. I don’t know why they’re gone, but it might probably have something to do with a man I know quite well.
That I cannot provide for you at this moment; you’ll have to find the answer to that question for yourself, but I do know where he lurks when no one is looking with their naked eye; his secret secluded place, and quite possibly where your friends are located also. It may sound too good to be true, but it’s the true truth.
Yes, very much so, indeed. I’m pretty sure you don’t know me since this is our first actual interaction, but I’ll introduce myself. My name is Bonie; Bonie the Dog. Ever since you were created and given life into this world, I have been closely watching & observing everything that has happened upon your own misfortune, Zippo.
Not much is known about him, but he may be after someone important. Character portrayal has to be close to realistic, whilst being deep and ominous with intent.

In a very busy, busy place, lives a very, very busy park, where kids & adults have fun and everyone is always smiling happily for days & days upon end, and where the sun never stops shining. And, as you may well very much expect, every person, every animal, and even just about anything, is always happy and brighter than ever; just the happiest anything can be as the day is long.
Our story begins on one very warm & sunny Friday afternoon, when the dawn struck the town around & nearby, and everyone has gone back to their homes to relax after a hard day at work and all.
And above all that, there live 8 animal best friends, who are different from one another, but who do almost everything together, and even live amongst each other.

Since there appears to be no signs of leads to any possible conclusions, we may never know who really did it. Said supposed suspects are still unknown and unapprehended.

I… I can’t… *sniff* I don’t know where mommy and my brother are…, I can’t find them; I’ve looked and looked, but I don’t know what to do. (young)
To this very day 3 years after the incident, I don’t know why and what motive or… person caused him to commit such a horrible, heinous crime, but he’s out there somewhere; he might be back tomorrow, or the next for God knows when. But still, I can’t forgive you or him for that matter... (adult)
There’s nothing you and I or he can do about it; he’ll probably get sued for it regardless with no way to fight back without a rebuttal in court, so make use of all the time you and your friends have left while you still have it, before doomsday comes ‘round. (adult)
