Project Overview

Hi! My name is Tiny and I'm a HUGE TMNT Fan. I've been a part of the community since 2012, but I've watched 2003, Rise, and I'm super excited to see Mutant Mayhem! Leo's my favourite mainly due to Leo being my Zodiac sign haha. 
What I'm looking to do here is make a TMNT audio series! Something like Adventures in Odyssey or The Call of the Flame series on Spotify. 


About The Project! 

This project is all about voice acting fanfictions in the TMNT fandom! If you have any suggestions and know that the author is okay with it being voice acted, feel free to send it my way! 



This project is going to be non-profit. I do not own any of the TMNT franchise so I can not make any money on this. This is going to be a fun project for everyone!

Rules
> No Tcesters/Proshippers/Neutrals on this project. That sort of thing makes me uncomfortable as well as it might for other people who may be minors on this project.  
> Must be at least 13+ to audition. Old enough to have Discord.

> MUST HAVE A DISCORD! This is how I'll be managing the project. 


The Roles!

> Roles are also ordered from who I need most. 

> Characters will be casted when needed! So some roles my be up longer than others along with new roles added. Keep an eye out! 

> I'd like to be accurate for representing the characters properly. 


Auditions!

> Please do at least 2-3 different takes of each line.

> Feel free to do some improvisation! What do you think the characters would say in Season 3? Example: Triceriton Invasion.


Possible Questions
What am I looking for?
I'm looking for talented people who can sound and act like the characters they're auditioning for! 

Do I need to watch the show?

Not necessarily. It will help you understand the characters more and some things in certain fanfictions that may take a piece of an episode and use it for a bigger plot, or something like the Movie that some writers will use for aftermaths on what they think the character will go through. With that being said, yes it does sound like you do need to, but watching the series will just provide context. We can explain things to you if you're ever confused. 


Does my equipment matter?
Yes. Your voice needs to be loud (but not too loud), clear, and there is no background noise and little peaking. Other than that you're all good to go! 


Do gender roles matter?
Nope! Doesn't matter to me! If you're female and sound like a turtle, hey that's cool! If you're male and sound like a female character, hey that's cool too! Identify as other? Also cool! I'm mainly looking for if you can put in the emotion and I can hear you loud and clear, you're all set! 



What if I feel uncomfortable doing a certain genre/scene/fanfiction?
Definitely let me know your boundaries. You can when you submit your audition! I don't want to push anyone to do anything they don't want to.

  • Changing the objective

    Hi, everyone! Originally this project was meant for just my fanfiction, but I have never even gotten to that. I've been writing a Mandalorian AU and some Leosagi one shots, but never the Season 3 project and I apologize for that. With that being said, I do have a back-up plan and that's to voice act fanfictions written by other writers if they're alright with it! That and some Leosagi one shots I've been writing for practice. Apologies for any inconveniences and happy voice acting!

From the series: Samurai Rabbit the Usagi Chronicles, Usagi Yuichi is a descendent of Miyamoto Usagi. Yuichi wishes to become a Samurai just like his great great grandfather, and restore honor to his family name due to it being deceived by many in his home town, Neo Edo. He has much to learn, which he struggles with a lot due to being distracted easily, and during fights he tends to humour the situation rather than take things seriously. He is one who thinks Yokai are evil, but later learns that they aren't all bad. 
This character may be turned into my own version of Usagi, but that has yet to be determined.

This is an important role! Audio editing in this style is new to me. I don't know much about it but I'm willing to try it! (I only edit on Davinci Resolve and have done Logic before but don't have the program) Though I'd love some assistance with finding sound effects, and editing together the dialogue, sound effects, and music.
