Rainbow Heartbeats (Dating Sim/Visual Novel) Round 2
Project Overview
Rainbow Heartbeats has been in production since 2020! It's my first official project, but I have completed other projects while this one has been in development, including All of my Tomorrows, and most recently, With Bodies They Walk. For the demo, I managed to find 5 absolutely AMAZING voice actors for the initially included characters. But if there's one thing I like to brag about this game, it's the sheer amount of befriendable and datable characters you can interact with. Ergo, I need more amazing voice actors. :) Please feel free to audition for multiple parts.
This is round 2 of casting! :D
More information about the project:
- PLEASE NOTE!!: If you missed it in the project title, this is an LGBTQ+ inclusive project. If it bothers you to be included in this kind of project, please don't audition. :)
- I am looking to cast 23 characters for the remaining love interests.
- I am also looking to cast 14 side characters.
- Each love interest has less than 50 lines, most have less than 35. Action sounds (grunts, grumbles, laughing, etc) are required.
- Each side character has less than 15 lines, most less than 5.
- I'm looking for approximately 2 variations per character.
- No NSFW lines are needed, required, or will be asked for, but some lines are suggestive/playful. You do date characters after all.
- Audio files can be any file extension. I.e: .ogg, .mp3, .wav, etc
- You can record individual lines, or you can keep it in one single file (bloopers are always appreciated :P)
- You can record in any style you want, run through them one by one in abcabc style or with both takes together in aabbcc style, it makes no difference! Just do what's most comfortable.
- All lines will come with direction or implication. If at all you're confused at any time, please just let me know. I'll include my contact information for any attempts at reaching out to cast members.
- Please understand that the deadline is current time frame I've set for finding people interested in working on the project. If I need to extend it, I likely will at my discretion! :D

Lydia is a bit self conscious about her role as a mother. She enjoys simple things but struggles with the behavior of her son after his dad disappeared.

These lines are trimmed down from their original length, but this character has less than 6 lines. Peyton is a side character for Vanessa's story. She's a laid back, old soul, but is always quick to help.
He buys antique furniture usually. He probably has our entire 1950's living room set in every color.
I mean, unless you mean him saying he thinks our prices are too low for some of the stuff he buys. But he's never made a real fuss or anything.
Every time he comes in, he always asks if the pieces he wants are fur resistant.
Martina's mother. Very judgmental and doesn't take care to understand how the world has changed since she was a child. Very set in her ways.
Playing video games isn't a job!

Onny's aunt. She's regretful, but happy, and really seems to be putting her best foot forward with her relationship with her nephew.
Onny has told us so much about you. He really goes on and on.
We weren't able to be apart of his life for many years. I want to thank you for being there. For supporting him.
I haven't seen him this happy since he was a little boy.
