Project Overview
Hello everyone, BleachBummer here to reveal the RPG game I've been working on titled "Puella Magi Elaine Magica." This is a fan-made RPG of the series I've been working on since 2011 that is a fan-interpretation of the story after the original series, which honestly started because I couldn't accept the Wraiths as demons due to me being use to the Disgaea series and Touhou series. (Lol) The project was in development on VX from 2011 until 2013 when it disappeared for a bit before being revived on VX Ace in 2015. Things were going well, even got a demo out on VX Ace, until I hit writer's block and many conflicting script errors I couldn't solve. Come 2019 and I tried MV and noticed it's much easier, so rebooted it yet again in MV. This is the FINAL reboot as many people know Java Scripting more than RUBY coding. While I am asking around on the RPG Maker Forums for help in sprite work and such, I also need help with voice roles for the characters. For info on the game, please go to the in-progress site below. How this will work is I'll be doing auditioning in sessions, extending the deadline if needed. Each session will hold a certain amount of characters to audition for. Because of this, this page will be updated constantly so keep and eye open for changes. I'll include description of both the anime and some of the original characters made for the project. If you have any question, please do contact me via the project's email address. Deadline for the Demo version is aimed for before the end of this year , please ignore the said deadline for now. Some roles have been taken at the old BTVA page and are still held by their current actor, but if anyone drops out, they'll be moved to here.

Age: 13
Also known as Elly and the protagonist of the story. She moved to Mitakihara City due to her uncle's work and transfered into Mitakihara Middle School. She tries to make friends, but comes off as forceful and saying things that come off as off putting due to her not being good in social situations.
Director's Note: She is very socially awkward, so it is key to get that when voicing her. When she is acting overly friendly, when she is sad and depressed, when she is nervous, whatever emotion fits the situation she is in. There will be a point she'll start to grow out of this, but for early story she is generally like the one socially awkward person you know that is trying to be friends with everyone but doesn't know how to have the right kind of conversations in order to make said friends.

A mysterious Magical Girl who moved to Mitakihara City and transferred into Mitakihara Town Middle School. She is a quite girl who questions what the other Magical Girls are fighting for. What exactly is her reasons for wanting to know?
Director's Note: Looking a voice that is mysterious and serious in tone, but not a deep voice.

The Lord of all the demons in Mitakihara City. A mysterious demon of the Vampire species who claims to not be the Magical Girl's enemy. He hates hurting humans with the exception of drinking their blood and believe Magical Girls are not demons enemies and that they can get along if they understand each other more. But is this belief the truth? Or a ruse?
Director Note: His voice should be a mix of deep and young, as he is physically young.

Note: Mami is about the same as she is in the anime, with a bit more knowledge on the laws of the new world. (The fact Magical Girls disappear if their soul gem becomes to tainted)

A Soul Gem is the symbol of a Magical Girl, as well as the source of their magic.
It is, we risk our lives to fight them. Wraiths bring about tragedy, sadness, and despair with their curses. Since Magical Girls bring hope, we can't let them wander freely.

One of Katsuo’s loyal servants, as well as the oldest of his loyal servants. He is a Demon of the Werewolf species, being wise, loyal, and cunning. Despite sharing Katsuo’s beliefs, he has absolutely no trust toward Magical Girls.
Director Note: Looking for a voice that is either deep, wise or a mix of both while not sounding too old or too young.
The report has already been sent after your wonderful victory. In a few days, the demons who served that lord will now know they work for you.

Age: 63 (Physically 11-13)
A demon of the Shinigami species, he serves Katsuo as his vassal and chief mystic. Similar to Daichi, he despises the Magical Girls. He is considered a tactical demon, often going off on his own investigations for his master. He is really brave and extremely intelligent, but his body is physically weak.
Director Note: Deep is fine, but not too deep. Also, despite this role being male, a female voice is welcome if you can make it sound a bit masculine and deep. He's young in demon standards, but not THAT young.

A Magical Girl mercenary who is currently under the service of the demon lord Tsukiko Himura. She is a skilled fighter and cares more about luxuries rather than the duties of a Magical Girl.
Director Note: Best I can describe the voice I am looking for her is the very tough girl that comes off more of a selfish brat than Kyoko was. But at the same time, not tomboyish.
That's right, I'm Kimiko Fukui and this is actually my home, thank you very much!

A young human girl that serves the demon lord, Tsukiko Himura. She has a deep distrust towards Magical Girls, as she lost someone important to her to one. As such, while she has the potential to become one, she refuses to ever become a Magical Girl.
Director's Notes: She is very polite and calm, but also has a serious scary side. Think of her as the nice girl that is super scary when angered. This is especially expressed in the final part of line 2.
Oh dear Kimiko, looks like you've taken quite the beating. I think that's enough though.

That's quiet the offer, however... I'm going to have to decline. I lost someone important to me because of one. So I can't trust them and vowed to never become one as well.
Age: 116 (Appears around 13 to 16)
The demon lord of Kasamino City, as well as one of Katsuo's old friends and rivals. She is a very clever demon, taking a tactical approach against her foes. Out of all of his rivals, she personally considers herself equal to Katsuo.
Director Note: Don't let the outfit mistake you for a spoiled princess/rich kid kind of voice. It should sound nothing like that. That being said, I'd say her voice is while avoiding what I said to avoid her voice should sound fairly young that also comes of as her being a sort of stuck up (she is a rival after all) while having a bit of friendly caring in her only way, but only showing it at certain times. (NOT TSUNDERE THOUGH, Please don't go for Tsundere

A demon lord of another part of Japan, and an old friend, rival, and mentor of Katsuo, Tsukiko and Haruto. He possesses great wisdom for his age, and is considered a very business focused demon.
Director's Note: Do not solely rely on an old man voice or a skilled businessman voice, the raspy tone and business tycoon tone must come second to the strong and knowledgeable teacher tone. Think of it as this way: He knows greatly what true strength is over sheer overpowering, he know that knowledge is nothing without wisdom, and while he can be kind at very rare times, he is mostly the firm and strict teacher that only wants what's best for his students. This is a tricky voice to do, but think any wise teacher in video game's like how Mark Hamill does Master Eraqus in Kingdom Hearts, Maxwell in Tales of Xillia, and those other kind of examples.
My young student's still have much to learn, they shouldn't of been investigating into this since now they'll likely lose their live. How disappointing.

Although it is true Magical Girls will continue to hunt us down, and humans will commit sin either way... There is always a counterbalance in the world that can allow any living creature to have the will to escape before they stray too deep in the pit of despair and sin.
Age: 205 (Appears around his 30s)
The Lord of all demons in Asunaro City, he is about as old as both Katsuo and Tsukiko combined. He suffers from Dissociative identity disorder, but is able to maintain complete control over it. He has three personalities. A laidback but wise personality (this one is shown the most), a prideful personality, and a violent personality that is very bloodthirsty (rarely seen, so rare that one almost never sees him with this personality except for probably once every year at the most) for battle. He is a Demon of the Werewolf species.
Notes: Semi-deep voice is needed. Also, be weary of tone changes marked in-between the parentheses for his different personalities.
(Lazy/laidback personality) Again with this? Why do we need to keep hearing this story again old man?

A demon of the kappa species, he serves Katsuo as his vassal and the captain of his soldiers. Just like all the other servants, he despises Magical Girls. He makes tons of threats to anyone he doesn’t trust, regardless if his master is around or not. A rather rude demon who apparently didn’t even trust Katsuo when they first met.
Director's Note: He mostly comes off as a very rude servant. He doesn't hate his position, but he is very rude and doesn't show any respect at the current moment.

Like moths to a flame, demon lords are attracted to one another in an attempt to slaughter one another and expand their turf. I never expected the Eastern Storm, Katsuo Watanabe, to be hiding among these humans as if he was one of them. It seems the stories of you and the others have many secrets.

As this is an RPG Maker game, there will be some battles as well as surprisingly some visual novel styled cutscenes. That said, I'll need an artist(s) who can do both of these for the RPG game. Samples are welcome for submission for this role
