Project Overview
Greetings and salutations my beautiful people!
I have come to advertise a project in the making, the name still needs to be finalised and there’s a lot of work up ahead but if you were so kind as to keep your eye on it that would be fantastic. Please note that the images for characters are not there due to still composing ideas for how they will look.
Now, onto the good bits. What is this project? The base grounding is that a military base have captured a few animals who have seemingly been zombified, but not in your typical way. The smaller animals have consumed a certain plant, in which causes them to dry out recourses and increase their breeding rates. Soon this also transfers up higher in the chain, to more aggressive animals. This follows the lead scientist, the general, a doctor and two private’s who were there at the scene when it all broke out into the base..
Project X has escaped.
We are looking for voice talents, editors and artists alike, so here are the standards of said project.
1: Microphone quality must be up to standard. If it is scratchy or muffled it will be unsalvageable and creates more work for those involved.
2: Preferably we would like to acquire those to be 16+ This is due to themes that may be unsuitable to handle for younger folks.
3: if auditioning for the part of an artist or editor please link us to one of your pieces you have created! It would be needed to give us some insight to where your talent lies.
4: Stealing others work to try and get into the project is strictly prohibited and will resort into a report on said person. We will not tolerate anything of the sorts.
5: commit to the lines! If you’re requested to act in pain, feel that pain. If you’re requested to act like you’re sad, emphasise that sadness. Dull performances will not get anyone far.
6: Please have discord. You will be asked for a callback, and this will be done either over email or discord. However you need discord for the main project if casted. Please take note of this before auditioning. (This also goes for artists and editors.)

The lead scientist who seemingly caused all of this mayhem and madness. Dr ******** (Name is still pending) Is your average mad scientist but with... guns? Who let him handle a fire arm!? Condradicting his words, confusing the characters and more, this scientist has everything muddled and puddled. The preferable voice tone is from baritone to tenor, though a bass is still into consideration. Think of a mix of Dr Baxter Stockman from the old TMNT, Dr Jekyll and The Joker
[Excited] Don’t fuck with me! I have a gun!
[Confused]Isn’t the saying a little violence never hurt anybody?
[Disappointed] Ah private’s, you never learn so you don't.
The General, a hard man with a straight mind. He sticks to the rules as much as possible, but seems to slowly break more and more as time passes on. Isn’t it crazy how everything suddenly goes wrong and you’re left with a handful of seemingly dumb people? Sometimes he wonders how any of them got a job working at the base. Preferable tone of voice would be a bass to baritone, serious and straight forward. But please take into account that in the future that tone will break into something more.. mental.
[Enraged] What in the hell did you just do back there!?
[Annoyed] This is undeniably stupid..
[Smug] Well if you weren’t so ignorant private we might have this issue solved.
Our private! They’ve just got on the job, they’re ready for action!.. until the entire world turns upside down. Great. This whacky character is to try and beat the tension of serious tones through this horror like series. This doesn’t mean it’s all fun and games though. Voice tones would be preferred for a female an alto, and for males a baritone to tenor.
[Panicked]I thought this was just my training day! Why has it turned out like this!!
[Stupidly] How did that get there!
[Fedup] Oh you’ve gotta be kidding me.
One of the last remaining doctors of the facility is seemingly dragged into this mess by chance. In the chambers, not thinking anything of what they were testing and thought everything would go smoothly as it should. But when met with a horrible outcome this doctor is jittery and out of practice. He’s scared, confused and barely knows how to handle a gun. Why didn’t they take a combat medic instead. Preferable voice tone would be tenor, though a baritone would be considered.
[Scared] Oh man I wasn’t trained for this!
[Straight forward] Isn’t it obvious you.. can’t eat something like that?
[Crazy] I’m gonna be real with you guys, I’m loving this adrenaline for fucking shit up!
One of the more lesser roles is the commanding officer. This person is usually never seen on screen, and is more heard throughout the intercoms of the facility. While you never see this character, this will give you freedom to put as much emphasis and emotion as you can to your voice to make up for the lack of visual. For female voices an alto would be preferred, and for males all voice ranges will be considered, however preferably a bass.
[Booming] How do you mess up this badly!
[Serious] This is no time to be fooling around. Fix this.
[Tired] Okay soldiers... this is.. yeah I’m not awake enough for this, handle it yourselves.. (Commence snoring)
As it states, these are more of your background characters. But do not be alarmed if you’re casted as one! As time goes on more characters will most likely appear and pop up in the series, so you may be given more supporting or minor roles to play. Voice ranges can be any.
[Shocked] Are we gonna die!?
[Confused] How did these guys get here?
[Excited] Can’t wait to see how this turns out!
As it states, this is just an artist role. More than one will be cast of course. This will be generalised, so state when putting in your audition if you have a preference in one of these fields:
Storyboards
Character concepts
Background artist
Lineart
Colouring
Sketching.
You do not have to confide to just one of these sections! It is just to expand what you may prefer to show and send.

As stated, this is for editing and putting together the videos and visuals. Of course more than one will be cast to avoid overworking people. Link the work you have done before hand and please confirm proof that you have done said work.

Stories written and plot lines will also be taken into consideration. Minimum is One, but we would prefer multiple pieces to be submitted into a file.
