Project Polaris Auditions
Project Overview
Project Polaris is a multimedia idol series that takes a different approach to the school idol concepts as all characters in the franchise are university/post-secondary students, presenting a unique twist to the regular high school idol concept while aiming towards a more mature audience. The project will include original song releases, voice dramas, and other multimedias.
Expectations and Policies:
As a voice actor of this project, you will be expected to the following:
- Must be 18 years old and above
- Capable of singing in English and Japanese (if auditioning as a singer)
- Open to voice acting
- Willing to commit to the project
- Follow deadlines and be efficient with your time
- Able to communicate clearly
- Active on Discord. This includes:
- Checking at least every two days
- Being able to reply when tagged or dm'ed for any important inquires
- Be open to collaborate with different talents
- Act in a professional manner when necessary
- Provide respect to all directors and members of the project

Hello,
Due to a lack of familiarity to Casting Call Club's UI, the auditions page closed earlier than anticipated.
In order to accommodate any missed auditions, we have briefly extended the deadline by 8 hrs.

A member of the project's central group. He is a 1st year student who is a loving plant dad. Mahiro is an environmental science major who lives life simply by maintaining his small garden and taking care of the bit of nature found at home. Though he may not admit it, he can be seen admiring his favorite male idols from afar. He is a faithful little brother to Mana, whom he respects the most. He is also the go-to target for either Rei’s teasing or Kaito’s styling advice. By being the unofficial leader, he strives to give his best in his idol activities, even if it means letting himself loose sometimes.
Personality:
Mahiro is a gentle and kind man. In any scenario, he is the person who remains calm the most and often has to play the mediator when it comes to Mana and Kaito. He is always there for others and finds that he excels in playing the support role the best. If tension arises, he will try to calm the situation but ends up overwhelming himself in the process.

A member of the project's central group. He is the self-proclaimed clothing master, Kaito is a third-year studying fashion design at Azuma University. He hangs out with Mahiro a lot by going to the mall and shopping for clothes. A sassy young man who is not afraid to be blunt and honest. He is in charge of the group’s stage outfits and with much passion, enjoys designing new outfits in his free time.
Personality:
Kaito is the kind of man who is aware of the smaller details, catching things that the other members wouldn’t. He is also known to be an oujidere, meaning he wants to be treated like a prince and his sassy and arrogant nature reflects that. While he does not go to the point where he demands others to do tasks for him, he does enjoy receiving attention from people. Despite the arrogant aura he gives off, Kaito is good at taking care of people but he prefers to do so in a more lowkey manner.
