Thank you for your interest in Princess of Worlds End, an original Indie Visual Novel! We are looking for voice actors with a commitment to a long term project. After the demo is released (Around July/August 2025) we are hoping to bring back the same cast to record the lines for the rest of the game (Around November 2025). I included the estimated lines that each role will have in the full game.

There is no sexual content planned for this game, but fanservice/suggestive acts like flirting/teasing along with some partial nudity are planned. This game also touches on some dark themes such as sexual assault and drug addiction. We are also committed to having this project be 100% free from AI content/use and will sign the NAVA AI Rider form to ensure voice actor rights are protected.

Hello everyone! Auditions are now closed for the extra 5 roles, we will continue reviewing them but it may take a while for us to get through all of them because of traveling for Thanksgiving. Hello everyone, our crowdfunding campaign was an amazing success and we were able to add 4 new characters into the game along with allowing for the coffee shop customers to have voice acting now! We have opened up 5 new roles for the project here on our page and the deadline for auditions will be 11/24. Hello, the final cast for the demo of Princess of Worlds End has been set. Thank you all so much for auditioning! I cannot say enough times how great it was listening to so many talented VAs pour themselves into the characters. Just like Kusano-hime says in her audition line though, not all hope is lost! We plan on adding some new characters who will appear in the game after the demo portion so there is a very strong chance more roles will be added and open in the future. Cheers!
Auditions have officially been closed now, for those that were able to thank you so much for auditioning! We got over 1,000 auditions (including those emailed to us) and cannot understate enough how impressed we are by the amount of talented voice actors that embodied the characters so well. Now comes the very VERY tough decision of picking out the very best candidates, we will continue to review all of the auditions thouroughly and give everyone a fair chance. Once again, thank you all so much for the auditions! We will post our final casting decisions to CCC and on Bluesky as soon as we can!
Hello! Thank you all so much for all the fantastic auditions, I am in the process of listening to them along with finalizing the script for the demo. As I was doing so I noticed a few errors regarding the line count. Firstly, for the Princess role, her line count is actually only at 115 lines in the demo instead of 130. This was an error on my part, I had accidentally counted some repeated lines when I should not have. She will still have 420 lines in the total project, so that has not changed. However, good news for the Samantha and Kusano Hime roles, I had undercounted their lines so they have been increased by 3 each. These changes are now reflected in the casting page and I look forward to hearing the rest of the auditions!
21 Years Old, She/Her. Player names this character but friends call her by the nickname “Princess” sarcastically because of her bad attitude. She likes to keep to herself most of the time but isn’t afraid to speak her mind when she feels something is wrong. Came from a rough past, but doesn’t really talk about it in detail. Just got a new job as a barista. Usually hangs out around the EDM scene in town and is a frequent user of a recreational drug called Numb X, which is a medicine used for pain. Even though life is not easy for her, she is very strong willed and pushes through her suffering in hopes of a better tomorrow. Recently she discovered a strange magical power she possesses that changes her life forever.
Voice is bold, confident and full of attitude.

24 years old and the manager at the coffee shop working alongside MC and Xavier. Cassandra is bright and cheerful at heart but can also be prone to dozing off. Throughout the day she is either at 100% and living so energetically that it becomes infectious to those around her or she is barely functioning and people are concerned about her well being, no in betweens with her. Began working at the coffee shop while going to University and living with her parents, however, she dropped out of college so what started as a temporary barista gig has become her full time job. She is trying to save up money to move out of her parents house, but is bad about spending, especially on booze and pills. Her hobbies include frequenting the Pub where Felix works and bowling.
Voice is energetic and cheerful.

19 years old, He/Him. Born and raised in Jefferson City and lives a pretty lowkey lifestyle. Works at the coffee shop part time while going to the nearby University of Jefferson. He is the youngest of the 3 core coffee shop employees but is the best at his job out of all of them. He is a very selfless person and cares deeply about the people around him. He is a hard worker and maintains strong morals and will not use drugs or drink. Xavier is really passionate about video games and music of all types and his goal is to get a degree in audio engineering and get a stable job at a media company.
Voice is youthful, caring and emotional.

22 years old, was childhood friends with Princess in Thomasville, but lost connection with her when she dropped out of school at age 16. Jane recently graduated from Virginia University and got a job as a junior environmental scientist. She works very hard to support her mother financially who is battling breast cancer. Her Dad left their family instead of supporting her Mom, so the weight of that responsibility falls on her. Runs back into MC by chance and becomes friends. Jane is pretty shy but is very passionate about rock and roll, nature/the outdoors, and some other niche topics.
Voice is calm, kind and gentle.

26 years old, works as a bartender at your favorite bar in the city, Jeffersonville Pub. He is very cool, charismatic and appears happy on the surface, but he has a nasty addiction to Numb-X which he almost never talks about. Deep down he is suffering with addiction and depression but you would never know because he seems like an upstanding young man. He has a hard time trusting people and opening up about these feelings and instead chooses to ignore them and smile through the pain. Recently moved to Jeffersonville to start a new life, and hopefully leave his past behind him. Is really into the metal/rock and roll scene.
Voice is suave, deep and soothing.

A 50 year old woman who researched and created a medicine to cure the symptoms of Numb-X withdrawals called “Kanpo no Kiseki”. Her husband passed away from an overdose and this experience caused her to get clean. Moved away from her family in South Carolina to avoid addiction and to farm the ingredients and create said medicine. She has grown so much through these experiences, she is strong and loving and treats Princess as if she was her own daughter.
Voice is a traditional southern accent for a middle aged woman. (Example)

Goddess who lives in an alternate world that the Princess visits sometimes and is her main guide/mentor for her to master her magical powers and use them to prevent the end of the world. She is a mysterious figure and seems to know a whole lot more than she is telling you as the player. Her personality is a bit bratty and short tempered, but she is very intelligent and an expert strategist.
Voice is sharp, sassy and cold.

A Spirit who is a traveling researcher and resides in the Spirit Realm and works inside of Kusano's castle library. Upon meeting Princess, they are fascinated by her and the world of Earth and wants to explore it themself when they have the time. They are intrigued by a lot of the things that normal people take for granted in the real world and also love to share their vast knowledge of the Spirit Realm. Is a very loving, supportive and curious person who likes to read and explore the many thoughts circulating through their head.
Voice is quiet, youthful and emotional

Allow me to introduce myself then, I'm a traveling scholar spirit by the name of Daku.
It's an ancient herbal remedy that has special effects for those who've been spiritually awoken.
12 different difficult coffee shop customers all with very 'unique' personalities. Examples include a stuck up British man to a valley girl and all things in between. The voice actor in this role will need to have a wide range and be able to portray many different types of characters.

Age: 30
Young man who’s a hardened criminal and works as a middle man for a local dealer in town. He usually hangs around the night club and wants to get clean, but he needs the drug money in order to support his family. Has been dealing to Princess for a few years now and is her most reliable drug dealer, they have a sort of father daughter relationship where he tries to give her guidance and she brushes him off and acts bratty.
Voice is serious and battle hardened.

A young girl spirit who lives in the spirit realm and has become Kusano’s student of magic. She is seen as a prodigy but is far too young and inexperienced to be inserted into combat. Is quiet but very intelligent, isn’t afraid to challenge those that are older than her if she believes they are incorrect about something. Is very knowledgeable about magic and likes to help Princess practice her skills, giving tips and tricks on how to improve.
Voice is high pitched, whimsical and emotional

They appear to you several times through out the game as a sign that danger is close by and to sell you rare items. Princess is scared of them but also is curious about who they are and why they appear to her at the strangest times.
Voice is mysterious, quiet and gender neutral
