Potionomics has recently come out a couple months ago, and im excited to do a fan dub!
Id love to get together with other voice actors who are looking for a fun time dubbing this wonderful game, and help each other along in our careers!
"Potionomics is a video game about the business side of potion brewing. Assume the role of a penniless witch named Sylvia who must transform her debt-ridden potion shop into a thriving business. Along the way, you will encounter mighty (and not-so-mighty) heroes, fellow merchants, and a colorful cast of customers."
This game has no official voice over!
This allows for us as content creators to be more open with our interpretation of what the characters sound like, and how each voice actor wants to portray them!
I have a friend who is recording a silent game only audio playthrough for us to dub over, and to start off i will be starting by putting out videos for every in game day, one at a time. Keeping the project small at the beginning will make everything nice and friendly, as well as easier to manage~!
As the project moves on, i will cast the other characters as the playthrough goes on! So keep updated and be sure to tell your friends abut it!
Just as a heads up, most small role background characters don't have descriptions or line counts and will typically be very few lines.
Go ahead and try out, and i hope you all enjoy trying out while you do it. I look forward to meeting you all, and starting a fun little project for us all!

It would be super awesome for those of you following who tried out would try out for the new charachters, as we will need to fill the roles swiftly once the project starts!

Sylvia is the Main/Player character of Potionomics. This position will be a long term voice over position for multiple videos, with a TON of voice lines!
When Sylvia is not wound up from stress, their sincere and direct personality can be seen in their interactions with friends.
I'm looking for anyone applying to give their own creative view on what they'd sound like! Since the game has no voice actors, there's a lot more space for everyone to show their creative side and share what they'd think Sylvia would sound like ~!

Helene is the lawyer witch in the game, that comes to collect money from sylvia at the end of each week. She has a refined personality, and is calm and collected in her speaking. Helene seems very serious about her work, and insists on always getting to business.

Owl is a thoughtful charachter that is always careful with their words. Owl helps/freeloads off of sylvia, but has useful insight throughout the game. Talking with sylvia and giving tutorial advice, he will sometimes rambles on. He has a somewhat guide/instructor vibe to him.
