The God of the Pokémon World, and titular character of "Pokemon Legends: Arceus." In the past, Arceus created the Hisui Region and was worshipped as "Almighty Sinnoh" by the ancient people. Arceus is the one to send our main character to the Hisui region with the goal to seek out all Pokemon

A travelling Pokémon Professor from the Galar region, whose goal is to create the first Pokedex. He is a member of the Galaxy Team's Survey Corps.

But we can’t simply take on a stranger who wanders in among us, without any idea of their skills or origins. Tomorrow we shall see if you can prove yourself worthy."

Commander of the Galaxy Expedition Team. After experiencing an incident in his hometown, Kamado strives to protect the people he serves over, which often leads to him making rash, often dangerous decisions.

An eccentric merchant of the Gingko Guild, who claims to be a descendant of the Ancient Sinnoh people. He has a strange obsession with the history of Hisui.

Not much is known about her. She is Volo's "mistress" and bares a striking resemblance to him. She claims to be a descendant of the Ancient Sinnoh people. (She would definitely sound like Cynthia)
