This is a manga dub for "Please don't bully me Nagatoro" by Nanashii. This is a series that has yet to get an anime adaptation but one should probably come out in a few years as more content is added. If you know anything about this series then you should know that it is a very fun manga. I will want all voice actors to be 18 as there is some sexual content.
Audition rules
I want 2 different reads on each line. This is to test your range and independent improvisation with the given direction. They can be 2 different voices or just 2 different inflections on the same read.
I need a decent quality mic. Snowball is what I use and is the minimum I request. I don't want bad background noise or a lot of peaking, pops, or other bad things involving mic performance.
Please do not slate your name in your take. For the purpose of listening to lines I only want your reads as it makes it faster to judge the quality of the take.
I will allow as many retakes as you want per role but I need them in wav or mp3 format please. Also I want to hear your voice so that means I really dont want noise in your background (if you need help I'll send you a video to learn how to reduce the noise) and I also want to hear you so please no special effects. I want to hear pure unadulterated you!
Have fun with the reads. Even if you don't sound the part try out for it. I might have another role that I would potentially like for that voice and will redirect you to the appropriate voice that I think you might fit. I take this seriously but if we arent having fun with it whats the point?
I will offer as much constructive criticism as I can for each of you if you request it. We all want to get better and its the least that I can do for offering your time to take a crack at my roles.
