Client was into too much detail, however I'll list the English VA's below, try your best to sound like the VA's.
As far as I know, it's an extended story of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax with the addition of the two Persona 3 protagonists.
The creator of this project has informed me that this project is cancelled.

Fuuka is a character from Persona 3.
Fuuka is unable to fight and provides backup from the entrance to Tartarus.
She is very shy and weak, even bullied while at school.
She is currently voiced by Wendee Lee, but originally Paula Tiso.

Persona 3 female protagonist, not cannon to the original game.
She is bubbly, friendly, still silent but more talkative than the male protagonist.
She was voiced by Laura Bailey.

Naoto is a character from Persona 4.
She is a detective, aged around 16. And presents herself as a young man.
She has a deep girls' voice, almost that of a young boys'
Her original VA is actually unknown, and wishes to remain secert.
However, her current voice actress is Valerie Arem.
Senpai! Wait just a moment! I'm not sure it's safe for you to continue in that state!
This seems extraordinarily similar to the “Dark Hour” in the public Safety Documents…And what is that bizarre Tower?

He's well known as a great leader and Persona user and a cool senpai!

Teddie is from the TV, a bit of a perv!
Teddie grew a human body to score woth the ladies, but is either turned down or completely ignored.
Teddie has been voice by Dave Wittenberg and currently Sam Riegel.
Geez, you really work this bear hard. Buuuuut! I do have a bone to pick with the one who keeps infringing on my adorable likeness rights!
