Thanks to everyone who auditioned for Kamoshida, Shiho, Mishima, and Akechi, as I have found voices for all of them! However, I am still looking for female extras and, more importantly, a Sae Niijima. I will be extending auditions for another week, so if you auditioned for Shiho or know someone who might want to play Sae, I encourage anyone to submit an audition for her! If that fails, I'll post another casting call after I finish Chapter 5, as it won't affect that chapter at all.
A former Olympian and physical education teacher at Shujin Academy. While he appears friendly on the outside, he's really a manipulative, misogynistic creep who has beaten and assaulted many members of the former track and current volleyball team.
(confused) Castle? What are you talking about?
(smug) You won't get anywhere. Everyone in the volleyball club respects me.
(Shadow Kamoshida, sinister) Do you think just because you got away from me once that you can just do it again? No. It won't be so easy this time.
Member of Shujin Academy's volleyball team, and the best friend of Ann. She is manipulated by Kamoshida until she jumps off the roof to commit suicide. She is very meek and reserved.
A medium to medium high pitch would fit her fine.
I haven't been sleeping well lately... Whenever I close my eyes, I keep thinking about too many things.
(worried) Mr Kamoshida!? What are you...?
(regretful) I'm sorry...
A member of the volleyball club who, later in the story, helps out the Phantom Thieves by creating the Phan-site. Like Shiho, he is quiet and reserved, but he later shows himself to be a very knowledgeable and determined individual once freed from the pressure of Kamoshida and his punishments.
A medium pitched voice would fit nicely for him, although feel free to be flexible with his voice.
Suzui... Mr Kamoshida is calling for you.
(nervous) W-What do you want?
Everybody knows... The principal, our parents... They all know, and they all keep quiet about it.
A public prosecutor in Tokyo who investigates the train incident and, eventually, is one of several individuals trying to catch the Phantom Thieves. She is also the legal guardian and older sister of Makoto Niijima, one of the aforementioned Phantom Thieves.
A medium-low to medium pitched voice would be right for that.
(apologetic) Sorry for suddenly calling you out like this.
Do you know about the strange incidents that have been happening lately?
(inquisitive) Don't you think there's something strange about it? Their memory wasn't just cloudy.
A high school aged, ace detective who has a knack for solving tough cases. He is a very goofy individual overall, but can be very intuitive and serious when investigating.
A medium to medium-high voice would work great for him.
(playful) Not at all, I'd jump at any chance at being treated to a meal by Sae-san.
(amused) I understand. I will solve this case for you.
I need a few actors to fill in for some background students, one male and two female. Feel free to record any and all lines with a variety of voices!
(female) Did he hit on her before transferring here?
(female) Then again, this is Takamaki we're talking about.
(male) Ah, erm, sorry. I've suddenly got something to do.
