Persona 5 Manga Dub: Chapter 1
Project Overview
Hello everyone! I am currently editing together the pieces to this Manga dub and I am working with a fellow buddy of mine who is an audio tech to put this all together. This is something I am doing for fun just for the pure enjoyment of voice acting and working alongside other passionate voice actors/actresses! This unfortunately not a paid gig and simply just for volunteering your voice! Also, if you are interesed in seeing progress, I can always email a sample of what I have done so far!

Persona 5 Synposis:
Persona 5 takes place within the Persona universe, revolving around a group of high school students who harness Personas, physical manifestations of their inner psyche. Persona 5 is set in modern-day Tokyo, in April of the year "20XX", with navigable real-world locations within the city including Akihabara, Shinjuku and Shibuya. Alongside larger environments, there are specific locations that can be entered, such as shops, restaurants and movie theaters. A major setting throughout the game is Shujin Academy, a high school that the protagonist attends. The second major location is the "Metaverse", a supernatural realm consisting of the physical manifestation of humanity's subconscious desires. In the Metaverse, people with corrupted enough desires form their own unique "Palace", which is modeled after their distorted perception of the world, along with a Shadow version of themselves possessing a "Treasure" symbolic of their desires.Returning from earlier entries is the Velvet Room, a place that exists for the growth of Persona users that shifts appearance depending on the current guest: in Persona 5, it takes the form of a prison.
The player character is a silent protagonist, a commonplace feature in other Persona games, codenamed Joker. He becomes the leader of a vigilante group known as the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, who change the hearts of criminals and other malevolent people through the Metaverse. He forms it together with school delinquent Ryuji Sakamoto, fashion model Ann Takamaki and Morgana, a mysterious cat-like creature. More people join the group throughout the game, including art prodigy Yusuke Kitagawa, student council president Makoto Niijima, hikikomori computer hacker Futaba Sakura, and cultured corporate heiress Haru Okumura. Also interacting with Joker are Goro Akechi, a high school detective; Sae Niijima, public prosecutor and Makoto's older sister; and the residents of the Velvet Room, Igor and his two assistants Caroline and Justine. Joker also has interactions with other confidants, including his caretaker and Futaba's adoptive father Sojiro Sakura, classmate Yuuki Mishima, his teacher and part-time maid Sadayo Kawakami, arcade gamer Shinya Oda, journalist Ichiko Ohya, fortune teller Chihaya Mifune, shogi master Hifumi Togo, doctor Tae Takemi, politician Toranosuke Yoshida, and model gun store owner Munehisa Iwai.

Joker needs a calm/laid back teenage male tone, but i also need someone who isn't afraid of showing emotions either for this guy
(Questioning and curious): "Kamo-...shida? King of the castle?"
(Slightly confused and concerned): "Huh? Where did this app come from? Did I my phone bump around in my pocket and download it by mistake?"
(Slightly disgusted): "Curry for breakfast?"
For this role, I need a high pitched female voice who can be full of attitude!
(Full of attitude, yet stern): "Stand up straight inmate!"
(Full of attitude and sassy): "Did you hear what our Master Igor instructed you inmate?"
For this role, I need a high pitched female voice. This character's lines however are laid back and almost emotionless
(Calm): "Would you like to combine Persona?"
(Calm with no emotion): "Please respect our Master Igor's instructions..."
For this role, I need an older male with a laid back tone of voice
(Slightly annoyed): "Four hours for one cup of coffee..."
(Calm, yet stern): "You must be the troublemaker living with me for the next 6 months...listen don't cause me any trouble, got it?"
(Explaning): "This is where you will be staying the next 6 months, I know its a bit of a mess, but, you will have to just clean it up..."
For this role, I need an older male with a deeper voice
(Intimidating and ominous): "Thou art I....I am thou..."
(Intimidating and ominous): "Thou who would commit all matter of blasphemy...for the sake of what you deem as "just" "
(Intimidating and ominous): "...shout thou name and lose thy rage!"
For this role, I need an older male who can sound pervy
(Pervy and skeevy, slightly drunk): "C'mon baby, don't be like that, lets go to my place..."
(Defensive and alert): "What the hell was that? Who's there?"
(Full of rage and spite): "How dare you! I will sue you!!!"
Extras are important for this dub as well! They are seen all throughout this manga!
(Female worried and frightened) "Pl-Please....Someone help me!"
(Male older cautious and shocked): "Man did you hear about that train incident on the news!?"
(Young child): "Waah, mom I dropped my ice-cream!"
