Persona 5 Adult Confidant AU Comic Dubs

Project Overview

I'm in this comic dub group and we really love this Adult AU made by Scruffyturtles, so we thought that we should do a comic dub series of it since there are a lot of comic made by scruffy and more to come. If you don't know what this Adult AU is then allow me to explain it.


Persona 5 Adult Confidant AU is well basically like reversing the main cast's roles with the other confidants. So the adults are now the phantom thieves and the main characters (or anyone young) are adults. I hope that an understandable explanation ^^'

Some roles are already been taken by the other members of our comic group. More roles will be added if any new characters are added in so stay tune!

Here are the rules:
1. Clear Mic
2. You MUST be dedicated into doing this
3. You MUST have Discord
4. You MUST turn in your lines on time
5. Be okay with cursing (so far some roles do curse)
6. Provide emotion, especially with the awakenings

  • Video Editor Needed!

    Hello! Currently, we're having issues with making videos at the moment. To keep this project going, we're looking for someone to help us with video editing the comic dub, specifically and only for Persona 5 ACAU. Here's the requirements i'm looking for: - Experience in editing (mainly for comic dubs) - Be dedicated in helping out (DON'T AUDITION IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME FOR IT) - Have a good video editing software (i.e. Sony Vegas, Adobe, Videopad, etc. Any software that can use layers) - You must have a Discord Anyone with the following requirements are free to audition. I sadly cannot pay anyone to do video editing as this is a non-profit project and I don't have any money to pay anyone. If I did, I would definitely do!     Hello! It sadness me to say but due to some issues, we need to recast someone to be Ohya for the AU dubs. The original VA has broken one of the rules for the project so we're looking for someone who can voice young Ohya.   • The Roles are Casted

    Thank you for everyone that audition for the three characters that were needed for the project! It was really tough to choice some but I am glad that we got a lot this time. Iwai is the son of a very prominent Yakuza leader, and while the young man did indulge in actively helping his father, it was the will of that same man who told him to focus on his education. His father, Kaoru, took great measures to go off the grid so he can ensure his son a brighter future. However, rumors spread across Shujin academy of Iwai’s less than savory past, courtesy of the star volleyball player, Kamoshida. He was shunned, but he didn’t have the heart to tell his father of the leak, in fear of it getting the both of them in trouble. If he’s going to fix his reputation, he’ll need to get Kamoshida to explain his accusations were false.

Shido was a graduate from Kosei High, getting top marks and paving the way to glory so he can one day reach the political realm. He was admired by all his peers because of his charisma and sense of justice, a young man wanting nothing more than to change the world for the better. Shido often debates with his fellow classmates along with participating in his college’s radio room as a host, all to help further his reputation and skills. He also often helps his father, Goro Shido, who is one of the main chief investigators of Tokyo.
