Hail and Well Met, Fellow Travelers!
Some of you may remember my previous project looking for players. Well, as promised, I'm now looking for the supporting cast for this project! You might be asking yourself, "Why do you need a supporting cast for a D&D podcast?" Well, this is an ambitious project, not gonna lie to you. This podcast is part Dungeons & Dragons and part audio drama, we're hoping to have each NPC voiced and acted out by other VAs so it's as immersive as possible to the average listener! All NPCs will be voiced separately from the actual campaign, pre-recorded!
The story our players will be participating in includes a wild journey, harrowing danger, evil that lurks and much, much more!
There have been rumors floating from stranger to stranger through the grapevine that a weapon, one direct from the Heavens itself, has landed somewhere on Earth. Finally reaching the ears of some of the most powerful individuals alive, it's a race against the clock to claim a godly power and use it to rule over all. The party is gathered by a mysterious contractor, desperate to have the weapon, offering riches and desires beyond their wildest dreams. Now, it's their job to travel across the globe and retrieve it, by any means necessary.

Omos {OH-mohs} is the second-born of the First Watchman (deities), also known as the Left Hand of Falos. She was formed from comets and stardust alongside her brother, Phumos. Omos is a very cocky, very arrogant woman; she has the personality of a frat boy and the athletics of a jock. However, that doesn't mean she can't get serious if she needs to. Omos radiates great light, as her role is literally being the sun.
[Joyfully speaking to her twin brother]
Jeez, brother, and here I thought I was the fun one. Way to steal the spotlight!
[Angry; arguing with her father]
You're supposed to be the First in Elysium, you're supposed to be our leader and here you are playing House with mortals! Father, this has to end, now!
[Cocky; challenged by a rival]
Let me ask you: Have you ever seen someone snuff out the sun before? No? (chuckle) Then what makes you think you can even get close?
Edione {eh-dee-OH-nay} is a brat. He is a Watchman that didn't earn his place, he fought for it tooth and nail. He stormed the gates of Elysium and demanded a place on the pantheon. Edione is portrayed commonly in his temples as a Centaur, and is seen as a symbol of power. If it means anything, the land he rules over is called "The Babel". We're looking for someone gruff and deep, and able to pull off an arrogant-yet-angry voice.
[speaking for his place on the pantheon; entitled]
You're going to turn away the only man able to storm the Isle of Falos and open the gates to Elysium itself, deny him his duty to his people and a chance to prove his real worth? You are no Gods, you're cowards.
[enraged and preparing to attack; unhinged (think Azula from ATLA!)]
Every man, woman, and child that stands in my way will fall by my own hand. I don't give a fuck who dies, I demand my retribution!
[dejected]
Tell me, would your mother still love you if you murdered her husband?
Latses {LOT-sees} is one of the more widely known Watchmen. They were known prior for having a temper that could shake the earth, but in a moment of weakness, his rage turned an entire city into nothing but sand and dust. As penance, they now sits at the very center of that vast desert, calm and collected. In doing so, many others have approached them in hopes to master their own emotions, just like they did. We're looking for someone with a smooth, gentle tone for this babe!
[retelling a story]
My father warned me that if I did not see the pleasures that life had to offer, my heart would turn to stone. I regret my actions from long ago, and I will eternally owe my life to the many that were lost.
[in greeting]
It has been quite a long time since I've seen anyone enter my temple. Usually people are leaving. Welcome, children.
Xiharis {zee-HA-riss} is a minotaur, or at least commonly depicted as one. He represents the bulls that are used to sow seeds and pull plows in Acre's Edge, the lives that go into feeding humanity (or, otherwise in this case). Xiharis is excitable, a little brash, and rarely gets angry. Think of him as your big, loud homie!
[gleeful; speaking to the party]
Well, it's so lovely to see you back here! Y'know, I've been keeping watch over you since you were this tall, and my my how you've grown!
[sternly; to intruders]
I will not ask you again. Lay down your weapons or turn away. If you mess with the bull, you'll get the horns, and I guarantee you I won't miss.
[surprised; a little puzzled]
Huh... You know, it never occurred to me that mortals could be so caring. I've watched over Acre's Edge for eons, and yet, I still find some things that surprise me. Well done.
Phumos {FOO-mohs} is the third-born of the First Watchman (deities), and is referred to as the Right Hand of Falos. Phumos is mild mannered, gentle, and kind; the complete opposite of his sister. He isn't very exciteable, but he's compassionate in his actions and refined with his speech. Phumos has a soft spot for port-side towns and those occupying forests, they respect him and the light he provides, as his job is to be the moon.
[calmly in jest towards his sister]
Dear sister, not to burst your bubble, but I've always been the fun one.
[upset but not angry, pleading with his father]
She's right, father. You have a responsibility to lead us and keep the balance. What you're doing is heresy! I understood taking a break, but to leave entirely is not an option. Please.
[intimidating, low]
I trust that you know exactly who I am, and where I am seated. I will not tolerate disrespect from a man with little morals, such as yourself.
Boara is a very mischievous person. She's mysterious, antagonizing at times, and enjoys making things as hard as possible for anyone who comes her way. A very chaotic being.

[playfully taunting a party member]
Aww, what's the matter? You look like you're about to pop! What was it I said to make you so upset? Was it your incompetence with a sword, or the open mouthed fish look you carry?
[more gentle, "sympathizing" with a mortal]
I know. Things are unbearable right now, but do this for me and I promise you, I can make it all go away.
[yelling with anger]
How dare you, do you think I take pride in being the scum of the earth? Is that what you think I wanted?! I never wanted anything more than to be with you as your sibling, to be by your side when hell broke loose!
Celine keeps watch over the souls on Ileoxus rather than the bodies. She has acolytes beneath her that harvest their life force when their time has run out, basically grim reapers. She's omnipotent, as her eyes are made of the literal cosmos. She keeps a living book with the names and dates of every mortal alive. Celine is monotone, almost robotic due to her removing her work from her emotions for good. Think a Tranquil from Dragon Age!
[speaking to an acolyte]
With all the good there can be done in the world, you deserve a second chance. The honor and nobility you have outwardly expressed is like none other. Join me, and start anew.
[forlorn; in emotional agony]
Oh Cristophr... (haunting wails, sobs) Cristophr, my love...
[gleefully monotone]
I'm so thankful for your service, you truly are one of my best collectors.
Thitin {THEE-tin} was originally human, he ascended to the Pantheon of Watchman by Phumos's hand the day he died: strapped to a boulder and hurled into the depths of the ocean. The moon saw his life-long love for the sea and the respect for its creatures and gave him the eternal job of standing guard. He's depicted young, maybe 19-20 y/o. He's calm and collected, firm with his rules, and always has room in his heart for a cool fish. We need a bit more of an excited personality for this one!
[forlorn, almost reminiscing]
My death was at the hands of my family. My friends. All I wanted was for them to pull back a few fishing vessels, but they couldn't accept that. They needed to eat. I couldn't see past what they were doing to these beautiful creatures.
[angry, defensive]
You sailed off shore and came too close, what else was I supposed to do?! I was given purpose, and I'll be damned if I don't fulfill it!
[cheerful]
By the stars, look at you! Mortals are so cute dressed up in little sailing clothes... I remember when I was like you, oh! (giggles)
Zedis {ZEE-dis} is a know it all, plain and simple. He rules over knowledge, and as a Loxodon (elephant person), he's got a great memory. Sharp as a tack and witty, Zedis is easily the smartest person on the planet, though that doesn't make him the wisest. We're looking for something a little more condescending, kind of... Out of touch with today! He spends all day with his trunk in a book, so don't be surprised if he can't pick up on social cues.
[baby talking; talking down to the party]
I spend so much time teaching that I always forget just how cute you mortals are! So small!
[stoic and firm]
I know what you're talking about, I know everything. What I don't understand is why you're asking. That knowledge isn't for you to know.
Unfortunately, I can post minimal information for this role, as only the person cast will know what this role is for. However, I can tell you what we need!! We need a female voice with a huge range of emotion, able to go from happy and bubbly to fuming in a second if needed!
[curious; talking to a party member]
Can I ask you a question?... How do you feel about love?
[defeated, physically and mentally]
I can't do this, I can't do this anymore! It's too hard, and this stupid gift you all say I have is gonna kill me, I'm done. (sobs) I'm done!
[gleeful; talking to her father]
